I was welcomed with a big wonderful smile from the sister-in-law and the owner Joe. If you are looking to purchase a pinball machine this is the place to buy. Mr. Joe explained everything in a way that I could understand as a female with great jokes that took the edge off of making a big decision of which one I would purchase. Joe took time even though I called him several times over the years he was still very welcoming and very very professional with exciting laughter. I am up in age so if you want to bring back those wonderful yesterdays years stop looking Joe is your guy. You will feel a sigh of relief just doing business with Joe. You can't find any better than this business out there (up front with everything)and trust me I've looked for years to meet Joe is to love his knowing about the arcade world a big kid at heart. I had my first experience working with Joe Childs of AGS through the purchase of a James Bond pinball LE version. Joe sent me a clean invoice that included all the details of the purchase price and shipping. He was great to communicate with accepted my phone calls and readily replied to text and emails. I purchased a NIB Jaws Premium pinball machine from Joe at Arcade Game Sales of Maryland to be delivered to the top floor of my three-floor townhome. Joe and an associate arrived right on time for delivery, and I was SUPER impressed with how careful they were getting this machine up the tight and winding staircases without so much as touching a wall! The machine works flawlessly, and I could not have done it without them!
