I will never use another taxi service. These guys bend over backwards to help people in a pinch and are so polite and friendly at the same time. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best by far!!! Ive been stranded by other companies and treated very rudely from the initial phone call all the way up to the time of pick up. Excellent service! Courtney was my driver who gave me a ride to downtown Cleveland. Since it was my first time in the city, she walked with me to the RTA terminal to make sure I was in the right place. The people at 1 Fast Transport are professional, helpful, and friendly. More expensive than Uber, but money worth spent. I would not hesitate to use them again...
