I stopped in not fully ready to purchase a new mattress but I know I wanted another Tempur-Pedic to replace one I had for the past 13 years. Eric, store manager, informed me I was in luck since the Mattress Depot Federal Way location had the last of the Tempur-Pedics from other store locations since they were no longer going to continue carrying that brand. Eric worked with me where I ended up with a really good deal on a ProAdapt 2.0 floor model plus adjustable frame. I picked up the items the next day and the mattress was put in a plastic cover - making it much easier to move. The staff loaded the base and mattress for me which made for an easy and customer-friendly experience. I am very satisfied, the bed is super comfy, and I recommend everyone check out...

This was the best mattress buying experience I've ever had. I was shown directly to the perfect price for quality point immediately. No one tried to upsell me or try to talk me into buying a mattress cover I don't need (I was asked if I wanted one, but there was zero pressure). The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I was in and out in 15 minutes and found exactly what I wanted for a price better than I expected. Mattress Depot was excellent. I live in Canada and my mom lives at an Assisted Living Home in Kent, WA. She needed a new bed that could be delivered the same day. David was more than helpful with finding a bed that my mom would like and was able to have it delivered the same day.
