Bathroom and Kitchen Outlet — Local services in Federal Way

I searched high and low for the right vanity for a bathroom remodel--looking at appearance, quality, size and best pricing for what you can get--and found all of that in the vanity/quartz top/sink purchased from Bathroom & Kitchen Outlet. I must've looked at 100 online easily. I had expected to have to compromise on quality--at least something--to get the pricing wanted. I didn't! The staff at the store were courteous, detailed and thorough in taking the order and handing it off to us. When I called before store hours the day we hoped to pick up, the owner Roman answered and was able to confirm that the custom top was done and everything would be ready (on time!) that day. They had everything ready for us to look at before taking it home, packaged it up very well, and loaded it into our trailer even. Roman also showed us how we should assemble everything using a sink, countertop and vanity at the store as an example, and told us which products to use adhesive-wise for assembly. Then, when we forgot what they were and I texted to ask again, he reminded us and answered further questions. I'd work with this company again in a heartbeat. Roman and his team are absolute professionals that stand by their products and work. This store is not that close to where we live, but definitely worth the drive. Price was phenomenal for what we got (see pics) - 2 countertops with undermount sinks and a custom cut cabinet.

Not only was the quality and price amazing, but even though we aren't high quantity buyers of cabinets and countertops, they still treated us like we were important customers to them. That was not our experience at places we visited prior to checking this store out.

Love this place… after realizing that he carry’s, in stock, 72” vanity’s and shower glass door enclosures I will never order from the Homedepot or Lowes again.. you get the same or better quality items in stock and ready to go that Homedepot or lowes would consider special orders, and take months to get, and only show up broken or missing parts… this is the best place to save money and time when looking for vanity’s and glass doors, freestanding tubs, fixtures and sinks… he has definelty solved a major problem, I will always check with the federal way bath and kitchen outlet before ever ordering from another big box store again.
