Just shopped at Mattress Warehouse Kernersville, NC. Salesman - Chris phenomenal. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have found a great mattress for us and for kids. Went back next day did Mattress test. Happy with my kids beds.

However NOW I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Regardless of how many comfort exchanges you offer when someone is so dissatisfied and not sleeping even with this mattress being on test we did and spent thousands of their hard earned money. They refuse to refund anything. Mattress protectors have to be on their mattresses for exchanges that's fine and should be on mattresses anyway. However when you charge for exchange and delivery on something that's supposed to be so great and is not! Obviously flawed and people should be fully refunded on any product dissatisfaction! Regardless of what's on your paperwork, receipts etc... You should offer money back guarantee on your products! Point Blank - Period!

I have not had to buy a mattress for quite a while and found myself in a situation where I needed a new one as soon as possible. I found Mattress Warehouse in Kernersville by just driving by, stopped in to see what was available, and was very impressed by the selection in the store. In fact, when I was greeted by the sales person, Rachel Ward, as soon as I walked in the door, she asked how I was and I looked around and said overwhelmed. She was extremely helpful and friendly by showing me how they could help me determine which mattress would be best for me based on the results of a mattress test called bedMATCH that asked questions first and then evaluated my needs by having me lay on a special mattress in the position I sleep in. From that report we went to the mattresses that were recommended and the process was quick and took away all the confusion for me. It was a great shopping experience and if you go in, ask for Rachel because you will not regret it. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly...definitely an asset for...
