Take all negative reviews for this place with the tiniest grain of salt. Most people come on the internet to complain anyway.
Recently switched over from Android to iPhone, and these guys really smoothed over the process. Was already with AT&T so I just did a phone trade in for the credit and a payment plan and went my way.
However, I had also gotten an Apple Watch Ultra 2 from Best Buy after that. Turns out setting up the cellular data is pretty complicated if you don't do it from the moment you set it up/unbox it. The day i decided to activate it (unlocked) there was a couple at the store who had given it to their son for Christmas so he probably set up his watch, skipping cellular data setup, leading to headache we were dealing with last night (similar to me, i bought watch , used it for a week without cellular data, and decided to activate it). Mike and another of his coworker's stayed well past store hours (left an hour after closing) helping 2 clients. Phone providers are as messed up as ISPs, you're bound to run into issues, by no specific reason, it just happens. It's not a clean cut system, but it's improved over the years, especially in the customer support aspect. If you give them time and patience, they'll solve your issue. Treat these people with respect. Really bothers me how people take out their discontent with how a company operates on a physical store location and their employees (judging by reviews and the way other folks who were there with me treated the workers).

New manager Alba lacks ability to handle customers - aware of what had happened, simply alleged that the misinformation was given by a manager that no longer worked at the store, and made absolutely no effort to resolve the situation.
