I recently purchased furniture, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience!

From the moment I walked in the doors, my salesman, Hayden, was beyond amazing from start to finish. He was attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to helping us find the perfect pieces. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process seamless and enjoyable! He customer service was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. As it was not just a 1 day process because we were back n forth on our decisions, he was beyond dedicated! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Hayden.

The finance person, Fernando, was incredibly helpful. Not just on the finance part but in the overall experience also. He went to extent of offering alternate options due to certain pieces being on back order. He made sure we understood all the options and making the financial side of things easy and stress free. As we all know this is one of the stressful things, there was no stress!

Finally, my delivery team. John & Russio, were fantastic! They were professional, efficient and super nice. They handle the furniture with great care and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Their friendly attitude made the experience even better, and I truly appreciate their hard work. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother delivery process.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I paid cash for a 3-piece living room set, a mattress, and a kitchen table, and while the in-store experience was great, everything fell apart once my items arrived.

On delivery day, I had already taken my old furniture to the dump to make room. When the couch and loveseat arrived, they were out of their boxes. The delivery team lied to me, claiming the items were unboxed at the warehouse for inspection. In reality, they delivered showroom floor pieces with stains, broken wires patched with black tape, and none of the functions working. They just left the defective items and walked away.

To make matters worse, the mattress they delivered wasn’t the one I ordered. I went to the Killeen store as directed, but the sales team was unhelpful. Frustrated, I decided to return everything except the kitchen table. I then purchased the mattress I wanted from Denver Mattress for $400 less than Ashley’s price.

Later, I visited another Ashley Furniture location for a quote on the living room set I wanted. They quoted me an absurd $7,600, which felt like retaliation for my return. I ended up calling the Austin Ashley Furniture store and purchased the exact same set for $4,700.

So we ordered our furniture last week. We had a fantastic experience! We first went to the Ashley’s down the road from this one first, we were met with a super helpful associate. We showed up an hour before closing so we were trying to cut to the chase and just look at leather couches, the associate was super nice and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He ended up having us drive and follow behind him to the bigger store to look at more since we haven’t been there before.after him showing us more couches, we finally found the exact one we wanted, he even talked to manager to see if we can take the floor model so we can get a couch sooner, the manager said yes💕 we were so happy, the manager was so kind she also let us buy a floor model rug off the floor. We are so happy that we went to Ashley’s to buy a couch instead of rooms to go. Ashley’s has never let us down. Even after purchase of a coffee table, I found at a lower price elsewhere and they price matched it for me even after purchase! I’d also like to add that the delivery guys were super kind when delivering my furniture, they were careful and friendly through the whole process.
