My husband refuses to go to THIS KFC because something is always wrong with the order, we wait for 30-40 mins that's not exaggerating, and they are never nice, literally hear them huff and puff and roll their eyes if you have anything wrong and need them to fix it. I always made excuses for them to my husband "they're just really busy babe its dinner rush" "we had a big order things happen" "they must just be having a bad day". So yesterday, we've all been sick, we don't want to cook, we are sick of soup, my daughter wants the Mashed potato bowl from KFC that will be easy for her to eat with her sore throat. So at 4:00pm I go. Literally hear them huff over the entercom as I place my order. They have me pull up so their drive through time looks low but in reality I wait 25 mins for them... to never come. No one else in the drive through. I REVERSE back to the window. She says we didn't forget you just pull back up. I said "why do I need to pull up there is noone behind me". She huffs rolls her eyes turns around and tells them to hurry up with my order. I LITTERALLY set there and watched them through the window scoop out my order and hand it to me. They didnt have to wait for anything. She says there you go and shuts the window in my face while I was saying Thank you we've all just been sick I need to get back to my daughter. But I only got out Thank you as the window shut. She never once apologized she didnt act polite at all. After she shut the window on me in the middle of Thankyou I screamed "YOUR WELCOME!" At the window and went home. I was not happy at all! There was no rush, there was no big order, there was no husband of mine making matters worse, I was polite and patient and I in no way deserved customer service like that! The worst part is I do believe it was the manager or the team lead of the shift because she had a different shirt on than all the other people working. That would definitely explain why its ALWAYS BAD if that is the example and leadership they have. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THAT KFC!

Read moreTWO WORDS.. FOOD POISONING I went through the drive thru and was surprised that by the time I got to the window, they had my food ready. This location is fast but they had never been THAT fast, there was one car ahead of me and by the time I got behind them; they were pulling off. That... should have been a sign. I ended up getting violently sick. I noticed that the chicken tasted a bit different but I figured that was due to my tastebuds being off because my nose was stuffy. I got through a small portion of the meal before I felt queasy and ended up putting the rest in the fridge. My roommate checked the food in the fridge after I got sick and said it smelled rancid. Unfortunately, I couldn't smell anything because of my stuffy nose. After a day and a half of pure intestinal hell (I still feel sick), I call the location to speak with a manager to let them know what happened. First the manager asked me if I was 100% sure I had been to that location and not the new Stan Schlueter one. Seriously?! I let her know I called the number on my receipt. Then, apparently because no one else called in and complained about their food; it was impossible that mine was bad. The manager ended up placing me on hold , then had someone else get back on the line and end the call for her because she was too busy. I placed a call to corporate customer service right after and will avoid this location...

I've eaten at KFC for most of my adult life, and I have to say, this is the worst KFC location I've ever eaten at. Not to mention management customer service was absolutely horrible and unacceptable, as well as general customer service.
Recently retire as Project Manager which afforded me the opportunity to frequently travel throughout the United States monthly for 20 years that allowed me to visit varies KFC locations in every city travel. Throughout my travels, I'd never experienced any bad service until our church group visited this location.
Encountered Issues: Chicken refried, not freshly served. Order incomplete. Manager had not replaced old order with freshly cooked ordered. Reserved same order returned. This was for three of the individuals that placed an order. Had to ask cashier to securely seal drink orders. Missed one drink order. We parked and checked our order which led to 3 individual trips which still did not resolve issue.
To date, we will not return to this location.
A formal certified letter of complaint will be forwarded to the corporate offices for KFC, in the event the above location is a frnchise.
And lastly, they will be reported to the BBB.
