Several days ago, I posted a review referring to a dishonest and discriminatory situation at Furniture Zone. Today, I must accept that they have corrected their misconduct. Thank God, they did me justice at this furniture store. I received a call notifying me that I could buy my bed at the price they had initially quoted me. When I arrived at Furniture Zone, they were about to close, but the manager, Anthony Conde, decided to serve us. Unlike the previous manager, Mr. Conde was very kind and patient. I admired his professionalism and charisma. I must also add that Mr. Jesús was by my side at all times in case I needed anything. People like this make me want to come shopping every week. In fact, I was so happy that I will soon be back to look for more furniture for my home. Thank you, gentlemen at Furniture Zone, for your empathy...

Very nice people and I'm very satisfied with my purchase of a couch. However, I really wish before your finance they inform you of the HARD credit inquiry. I ended up not financing and just bought it out of pocket but before I made that decision, they had already talked to Wells Fargo (who weirdly declined me even though my credit score is over 800 🤔, maybe the racism rumors are true about them). Turns out it was a hard inquiry instead of a soft. Which means at least 5 points came off my credit score. Also, hard inquires stay on your credit for 12 months and you don't want to have too many of those on your credit, especially within a year. So that kind of screws me if I actually need to finance a major purchase like a car ect....I feel robbed...
