This store might be loaded with a variety of clothing and items that are great! I shop here and am glad I found the place, great deals!!! However, the customer service when it comes to having to return items after you don't find items to exchange with sucks and needs much improvement to satisfy customers. I bought my son 3 shirts from here two days ago payed cash, he couldn't fit two of them so I exchanged for two more the next day. The lady said receipt in bag so I walk out. Well my son still had issye with one shirt so I come today to exchange, didn't find anything so requested return. Next thing I know they trying to give me a voucher ti the store saying that whoever did the exchange put it as a no receipt instead of cash. Well how is that when I handed her my receipt, then the lady from today say its likely in the trash!!??? Then she blames the issue on the new system that she states they have to go by and says that it does its own thing sometimes. I am thinking , no your teller from yesterday did her own thing and now I can't get money back from the items I paid cash for.. Not to mention this is the second time something like this has happen, just a month ago something simular happen with a return and guess what the lady blamed it on then, THE NEW SYSTEM!!! I visited DDs Discounts in Killeen, TX this evening with my family in search of clothes, as we have done many times since this location opened up. Everything was fine until check out. My son picked out a clearance shirt and tried it on. In the process of taking it off, the price tag fell off. I held onto the tag until check out. Your cashier, Malisa, apparently had a bad evening and/or naturally has a bad attitude. She was rude and refused to scan the price tag I handed her. She did not believe the tag came from the shirt I was trying to buy. First she tried to tell me another shirt I was buying was the same as the clearance shirt. The clearance shirt was a knock off brand called Hustle, the other shirt was a Tommy Hilfiger. I pointed this out to her and then she rudely demanded the other cashier contact the other employee on the floor to bring her a shirt identical to the one I was trying to purchase. The employee brought her a shirt LIKE mine but it was NOT the same size, nor was it on clearance like the shirt I wanted to purchase. She refused to honor the price on the tag and told me it could not have been for the shirT I gave her. Needless to say the next time we need clothes, DDs will NOT be an option. She clearly sees and hears that my daughter needs to pee. At that point my daughter was whining because she didn't want to mess herself. The lady smiled and told me that they dont have a restroom for customers but i could go next door to Ross (which if im not mistaken owns dds). I asked her if she was serious, pointing to my baby, and told the lady that my daughter was about to pee on the floor. This woman snickered and said sorry as she shrugged her shoulders.
