Edit to reply: Thank you for proving my point about your business. You’re unable to keep your story straight as details have changed several times on your end. You also got a few of your “facts”’wrong. The tech did not adjust the water temperature because of my babies feet dangling in the water. He adjusted the temperature because I asked him if he could turn it up because the water that was coming from the faucet was very cold. He was not able to add much hot water before he had to turn it off because the water was near the top already. Something that could have been avoided if anyone was paying attention and didn’t just walk off without coming back to check. Again, reading is essential as I stated the cross contamination thing was not my issue and that I understood the reasoning behind that. The issue was how you spoke to not only myself but my friend that was accompanying me. If there was a ring of water around your pedicure bowl, then again it was not from a baby. Magic you say? A mystery I suppose, surely not from no one paying attention to how much water was being put into the bowl. We all have smart phones these days and I too have time stamps friend. Your techs were fantastic, you were the issue. Im sorry you had a hard week with your job, but thats not my responsibility. Im not forcing you to work, I don’t make you do the job you do. Thats your choice, and you having a bad week shouldn’t fall on others. I did have a great day, even after the contemptuous encounter at your business. I hope your week gets better and that you are able to develop some better stress management skills!
Read moreMe and my daughter went into this nail salon a week ago. Upon arriving we both stated we wanted full sets and pedicures and we wish to have white tips. They split me and my daughter up and put my daughter to get her pedicure and me to get my nails done. I explained to the nail tech what I wanted a very simple white tip clean nail nothing fancy just a white tip and clear polish. He stated okay.. I am legally blind, I do see some things and I can see colors. Well the tech was putting the tips on and beginning the process I kept pulling them up to my face to look at them, I stated several times I don't see white tips The tech replied it's white it's white no worries. When the nail tech was beginning to put polish on I realized there was no white tip at all and I brought it up to his attention again, he stated I'm painting it on, I pointed out that that is not what I asked for I wanted white tips placed on my fingernails. Then the nightmare began the owner and his employees began to make all kind of comments at me regarding my nail choice, Even stated that what they were giving me was better than what I wanted, All while making me feel bad telling me how my choice was no good. The manager and owner was too busy trying to tell me to be quiet to even hear what I was trying to say or even hear my concerns. He even asked my daughter to tell me to shut up. I wasn't loud I wasn't screaming and I was never louder inappropriate I was asking to get what I asked for. I finally decided to go get my pedicure and sit by my daughter to try to get that part going. The tech proceeded to put my feet in the water which was steaming hot, and I do like hot water but not that's going to cook my feet. I kept pulling my feet out and she would push them back down. When I said something to her she replied with you need to stop you are embarrassing your daughter. And proceeded to belittle me and put me down for my choices of nails. I have never been so humiliated embarrassed in a male choice for my choice of nails. It's a style that I've always worn and have always gotten highly complimented on and is a very natural look for me. I don't feel it was appropriate for the owner and his employees to be little me or put me down from my nail choice. The owner stated what he was giving me was better, but yet a week later are coming off and look like crap. The coat they painted on top looks so fake, and you have to understand I am white I don't have dark skin under my nails so the dark color they put on top climbing this was the top clear coat looks so fake and ugly it's embarrassing. So by all means if you want to get ripped off go to this nail salon because they're going to give you what they want not what you want. I waited outside for my daughter to finish her pedicure and her nails. When my daughter came out she did not have a full set, she was given a fancy manicure. The owner was outside and I stated something to him, he replied this is white tip which you asked for. White tips are not a fancy manicure they're white tips they get put on your fingernails. My daughter is 33 a grown woman she knows what she wants just like I do we value our money and our time. This place was nothing but a total waste of time and money. At the end of the day I was paying for my daughter's nails and mine and our toes and got totally ripped off. The owner could have been a business person about it and simply said we will fix this for you but instead kept making noises in the shop while I was in the shop carrying on and making loud noises and embarrassing me and humiliating me so unprofessional, The better Business bureau I'm sure will be glad to take my complaint. Well my daughter was getting her nails done she even asked the nail tech are you going to put the gel on next, The lady got nervous and scared and said please don't get me in trouble. Got the impression most of the employees are scared of the owner I don't know if it's slave labor or what's going on but it's not a good condition for...

I’m giving everyone else who looks at reviews for your salon the opportunity to decide for themselves if they want to risk encountering you on a “bad week” as you say. Even though that should never be an excuse for being rude to your customers. And again THE WATER ON THE FLOOR WAS NOT FROM THE CHILD IT WAS ALREADY THERE! I hope you have the day and week and year you deserve.
If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been to this salon once before, but after the horrible experience I had today I will not be going back! My friend made an appointment for myself and her to get a pedicure. As soon as we walked in we could tell the staff did not seem too thrilled that we each had our child with us. My friend was immediately sat at a pedicure chair, and I was told they would call me back as soon as a chair next to her was open and it should on be a couple of minutes. My friend then sat there for about 15 minutes without anyone checking on her, or starting her pedicure, while I during that time had to stand and wait. We noticed that the chair we were waiting on was being taken up by a woman that they could’ve moved to a manicure chair much sooner in order for me to take my seat. The gentleman (I believe the manager/owner) brings me to the chair finally, and as I’m getting ready to sit down, I hear my friend ask for fresh water as hers was ice cold. He had a clear attitude about being asked that, and then proceeded to very rudely tell my friend not to let the baby have his feet in the water. He claimed it was a cross contamination issue, but considering I’ve never had an issue elsewhere, let alone the fact that we literally share the same DNA and germs as OUR children. He then blamed the water on the floor on my friend’s baby even though that was there BEFORE she sat down. Which to me made it clear us having our kids was the real issue. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years and there is a right and a wrong way to speak to people. We both felt very judged for having our kids and felt as though we were not welcome. Due to this gentleman’s attitude, we decided to leave and will not be returning. If I were you I would take your money elsewhere as there are PLENTY of much more friendly mail salons...
