UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and offered services to correct the issue! :) Well I attempted to make the complaint just with the business and management but since I have not received an update after almost 3 wks on how to rectify my dissatisfaction, I’m going to make a formal review now. I went in as a walk in requesting a manicure with gel polish. I was seated fairly quickly with a tech who began to remove the dip I had on my nails he then stated to me that if I wanted to keep my nails from breaking while trying to grow my natural nails I should do the dip again so believing he knew better than me I agreed. He then gets up stating he does not know how to do dip (1. Why recommend a service that you’re not able to do or that someone is readily available to do) I sat and waited for approximately 15-20 mins then was moved seated in another techs chair she kindly started working on filing my nails and I requested square but somehow she was doing oval then I’m assuming what was her scheduled appointment then walks in which caused me to be moved AGAIN. (2. Constantly moving a client from one chair to another causes confusion especially if you’re not communicating with one another) I get in the now 3rd techs chair she starts to dip my nails (obviously rushing) then asked me what made me choose to get dip again if I’m trying to grow my nails, I explained to her the previous tech made the suggestion she then stated with a mild chuckle “that’s the way to get more money” I was appalled and now irritated ready to go. She finishes the dip, files, and throws oil on my cuticles without even allowing the gel overcoat to dry completely and sent me on my way. When I got to the counter I expressed to the hosts that I never received my actual manicure that I requested, she apologized and gave me my total. I paid and left (3. The staff should’ve offered me at least the option to wait for another tech to do the actual service I requested, given me options to make an appointment, OR offer a gift card or something. I didn’t receive any options) I was in that establishment for about 2hrs for the bare minimum requests. I’ve been receiving pedicure services from this business for years now mostly decent experiences with kind staff members but this day in particular the services I received were way below standard and I can’t just let it go.

Worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been coming here since I’ve been here ( 1 year plus) . I came by to get my pedicure and full set. The tech was nice AT FIRST, she did good on my toes but when it was time for my full set I was unsatisfied. I informed here I’m military and we have new regs for nails and we did a nice color match. The problem came with the shaping, I told her I wanted short square with a flat top and she said ok. She finished my left hand first and ask if I liked them i very calmly I said no. She got very upset, yelling and made a scene in the shop with other customers around. She proceeded to speak ( I wasn’t able to understand because it wasn’t English or Spanish) , kept yelling and made the hand gesture like she was shooing me away( multiple times throughout the conversation). She then yelled louder and stood up and said “ I’m not done yet, you never said you didn’t want small nails “. I would’ve allowed her to fix her mistake but she was belligerent and I didn’t want her to fix them anymore. I told the second tech that was beside me I want these nails off and to just pay for my toes. The tech who did them kept yelling so I asked for a manager. Needless to say nothing happened to her and she proceeded with another clients nails. I guess they allow their techs to be rude and nasty to customers. The manger came and finished my nails which are still small. I left very much unsatisfied. On top of that at the end of the service I was billed $100 and he also mentioned he took a little something off because of the hiccup with the nails. But if I’m not mistaken a pedicure is $50 and $50 for my nails. Definitely do not recommend and won’t come back 🙂. Oh and my nails are still small and fat at the top. I hope your experience is better than mine , unfortunately i wasn’t able to get the techs name. *** if you think nothing is wrong and think they’re cute that’s your opinion but i like my nails a certain way and I didn’t get that today. ***

I booked a kids' mani pedi and adult full set and pedi. Kids' paint went well with KELLY. She was so patient and kind despite being completely slammed. Acknowledging they may be slammed on a Sarurday, I called about 10 am to ask for availability. They asked what time I said, maybe 2? She said okay and we'll see you then. I understand that we have appts at 2 pm. We got there and waited nearly an hour to get kids' paint done, and then I followed when she was almost done. This was 3ish. I was chatting with a friend while getting a full set, the lady (in chair 13 I believe) started and neglected to check in when she noticed an issue but proceeded to finish my nails as horrid as they were. Mind you, she had an attitude from the start. She clearly made a breeding ground for bacterial growth and was going to complete the set and let me pay and leave if I hadn't said anything. She then tried to blame me for wanting to keep my natural nail length instead of cutting them off instead of providing suitable alternatives. I stated that if she didn't know how to properly take care of me and my nails, then I would have respected her for saying so instead of putting straight tips on my naturally curved nails. (They make curved tips for a reason.) There was a clear gap (lifting at least 1cm between my natural nail and the acrylic) that would have been gross in a day, and she saw no issue. I apologized to her because I was running my mouth with a friend instead of watching her like a hawk and entrusting her skills. They then told me to go to a different chair to soak them off, and another nail tech would be taking over. Another hour later, the front desk personnel (who helped "translate") came to tell me they were too busy to fix that crap show today and took my number to have the manager call me another day. I doubt they will call, but i will update should such happen.

Edit to reply: Thank you for proving my point about your business. You’re unable to keep your story straight as details have changed several times on your end. You also got a few of your “facts”’wrong. The tech did not adjust the water temperature because of my babies feet dangling in the water. He adjusted the temperature because I asked him if he could turn it up because the water that was coming from the faucet was very cold. He was not able to add much hot water before he had to turn it off because the water was near the top already. Something that could have been avoided if anyone was paying attention and didn’t just walk off without coming back to check. Again, reading is essential as I stated the cross contamination thing was not my issue and that I understood the reasoning behind that. The issue was how you spoke to not only myself but my friend that was accompanying me. If there was a ring of water around your pedicure bowl, then again it was not from a baby. Magic you say? A mystery I suppose, surely not from no one paying attention to how much water was being put into the bowl. We all have smart phones these days and I too have time stamps friend. Your techs were fantastic, you were the issue. Im sorry you had a hard week with your job, but thats not my responsibility. Im not forcing you to work, I don’t make you do the job you do. Thats your choice, and you having a bad week shouldn’t fall on others. I did have a great day, even after the contemptuous encounter at your business. I hope your week gets better and that you are able to develop some better stress management skills!

Me and my daughter went into this nail salon a week ago. Upon arriving we both stated we wanted full sets and pedicures and we wish to have white tips. They split me and my daughter up and put my daughter to get her pedicure and me to get my nails done. I explained to the nail tech what I wanted a very simple white tip clean nail nothing fancy just a white tip and clear polish. He stated okay.. I am legally blind, I do see some things and I can see colors. Well the tech was putting the tips on and beginning the process I kept pulling them up to my face to look at them, I stated several times I don't see white tips The tech replied it's white it's white no worries. When the nail tech was beginning to put polish on I realized there was no white tip at all and I brought it up to his attention again, he stated I'm painting it on, I pointed out that that is not what I asked for I wanted white tips placed on my fingernails. Then the nightmare began the owner and his employees began to make all kind of comments at me regarding my nail choice, Even stated that what they were giving me was better than what I wanted, All while making me feel bad telling me how my choice was no good. The manager and owner was too busy trying to tell me to be quiet to even hear what I was trying to say or even hear my concerns. He even asked my daughter to tell me to shut up. I wasn't loud I wasn't screaming and I was never louder inappropriate I was asking to get what I asked for. I finally decided to go get my pedicure and sit by my daughter to try to get that part going. The tech proceeded to put my feet in the water which was steaming hot, and I do like hot water but not that's going to cook my feet. I kept pulling my feet out and she would push them back down. When I said something to her she replied with you need to stop you are embarrassing your daughter. And proceeded to belittle me and put me down for my choices of nails. I have never been so humiliated embarrassed in a male choice for my choice of nails. It's a style that I've always worn and have always gotten highly complimented on and is a very natural look for me. I don't feel it was appropriate for the owner and his employees to be little me or put me down from my nail choice. The owner stated what he was giving me was better, but yet a week later are coming off and look like crap. The coat they painted on top looks so fake, and you have to understand I am white I don't have dark skin under my nails so the dark color they put on top climbing this was the top clear coat looks so fake and ugly it's embarrassing. So by all means if you want to get ripped off go to this nail salon because they're going to give you what they want not what you want. I waited outside for my daughter to finish her pedicure and her nails. When my daughter came out she did not have a full set, she was given a fancy manicure. The owner was outside and I stated something to him, he replied this is white tip which you asked for. White tips are not a fancy manicure they're white tips they get put on your fingernails. My daughter is 33 a grown woman she knows what she wants just like I do we value our money and our time. This place was nothing but a total waste of time and money. At the end of the day I was paying for my daughter's nails and mine and our toes and got totally ripped off. The owner could have been a business person about it and simply said we will fix this for you but instead kept making noises in the shop while I was in the shop carrying on and making loud noises and embarrassing me and humiliating me so unprofessional, The better Business bureau I'm sure will be glad to take my complaint. Well my daughter was getting her nails done she even asked the nail tech are you going to put the gel on next, The lady got nervous and scared and said please don't get me in trouble. Got the impression most of the employees are scared of the owner I don't know if it's slave labor or what's going on but it's not a good condition for...

Edited to reply: Even the way you are responding to our review is pretty appalling. I’m not gonna argue with someone who clearly has no ounce of professionalism in him. I’m giving everyone else who looks at reviews for your salon the opportunity to decide for themselves if they want to risk encountering you on a “bad week” as you say. Even though that should never be an excuse for being rude to your customers. And again THE WATER ON THE FLOOR WAS NOT FROM THE CHILD IT WAS ALREADY THERE! I hope you have the day and week and year you deserve.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been to this salon once before, but after the horrible experience I had today I will not be going back! My friend made an appointment for myself and her to get a pedicure. As soon as we walked in we could tell the staff did not seem too thrilled that we each had our child with us. My friend was immediately sat at a pedicure chair, and I was told they would call me back as soon as a chair next to her was open and it should on be a couple of minutes. My friend then sat there for about 15 minutes without anyone checking on her, or starting her pedicure, while I during that time had to stand and wait. We noticed that the chair we were waiting on was being taken up by a woman that they could’ve moved to a manicure chair much sooner in order for me to take my seat. The gentleman (I believe the manager/owner) brings me to the chair finally, and as I’m getting ready to sit down, I hear my friend ask for fresh water as hers was ice cold. He had a clear attitude about being asked that, and then proceeded to very rudely tell my friend not to let the baby have his feet in the water. He claimed it was a cross contamination issue, but considering I’ve never had an issue elsewhere, let alone the fact that we literally share the same DNA and germs as OUR children. He then blamed the water on the floor on my friend’s baby even though that was there BEFORE she sat down. Which to me made it clear us having our kids was the real issue. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 10 years and there is a right and a wrong way to speak to people. We both felt very judged for having our kids and felt as though we were not welcome. Due to this gentleman’s attitude, we decided to leave and will not be returning. If I were you I would take your money elsewhere as there are PLENTY of much more friendly mail salons...
