I had been contemplating on where to go as I just moved here; I’m very happy I took a chance with this Salon. I recommend booking online or calling directly. When I arrived, I was greeted by Kaylee who took care of my wash, cut, and style. The salon is beautiful and clean, Kaylees station was clean and organized. Kaylee asked questions to get a feel of the look I was trying to achieve and gave me feedback on different cuts. The entire process and my experience with Kaylee was relaxing as she has a calming demeanor and was gentle.

The owner Lala walked by and introduced herself, lovely lady! I believe the stylists name is Ayana who came over, omg I’m so thankful for her too! Ayana informed me that the product I was previously putting on my hair was too heavy for my hair type. I’m clueless when it comes to hair; I’m over here watching YouTube tutorials that are sending me all the way off. Ayana and Lala brought over some products then Kaylee put them in…. Baybeee when I tell you I’ve been doing it all wrong my entire life 😬😅. My hair now looks hydrated and healthy. I went outside into the humidity and my curls are still intact.

The staff as a whole are warm and kind ladies, funny too.

I recently had a cut and color appointment with Ms. Tiara. While the atmosphere, vibe, and haircut were great, her color work fell far short of my expectations. It was the first time in years trusting someone to cut my hair, and first time in 10 years I’ve had any color work. I did a big chop so this was all virgin hair. I requested noticeable, curly highlights, but the results on the first try were barely visible unless I was in the sun.

Despite my disappointment, Tiara offered to redo my hair. However, the second attempt was even more disastrous, she opted for chunky highlights and bleached half my hair, resulting in terrible copper/orange color. This was nowhere near what I asked for.

After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was offered a third redo. I declined, realizing her skills weren't suited to achieve the look I wanted. Two failed attempts convinced me that risking further damage, potentially harming what was virgin hair, wasn't worth it.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service and have had to pay a lot of money elsewhere for a color correction. Unfortunately, my experience with Ms. Tiara left me disappointed and will not recommend her for...

I had a color consult with Lala. She was very welcoming and professional. She was very thorough in her explanation of what she was doing and why. She was honest with what the lightening process would be and what to expect. Her knowledge and genuine care for the health of my hair put me at ease with being back in a salon. Before today, I had not had a salon visit in nearly 14 years after a really bad experience. My hair was crunchy dry when she saw me and she recommended products for my hair type and the condition its currently in. She explained the order of application for the products, the when to's and why nots. I loved it because she took all the "try and see" work out. After it was all over, I bought everything from her that she recommend. Base off her knowledge, professionalism, and seeing that she genuinely loves what she does, I plan to become a regular.
