Do not trust their Pizza Portal. I ordered 2 pizzas from the app, so at the time it was ready, I drove to the store to pick up my order. I went directly to the Pizza Portal, and there was no name on the display nor any pizza on the rack, so I asked the cashier about my order.
He told me that my order was already picked up from the Portal. I just told him that it was impossible because I was there to pick it up, and supposedly no one can access the Portal without a code (given at the online receipt); code that I did not share with anyone. The thing is someone somehow managed to get into the Portal and then stole my order. So I told the cashier that I needed my pizzas or a refund, and he said he couldn't do anything about it, so he refused to help me out. I asked to talk with his supervisor (at this point I was so angry and forgot to ask for names), then a lady showed up telling me the same thing, there was nothing to do about it. I asked them how it was possible that someone got access to my order without my code.
I told her I needed to get this problem solved since it wasn't my fault but from their equipment. At the end, after refusing a lot of times to help me out, the lady gave me 2 hot-n-ready pizzas. I was ok with it since I just wanted to get out of there and go home, but upset about how this happened and about their customer service. They should fix their broken portal system asap.

So I proceeded to address this right away and called the location. Someone picked up and I asked to speak to a manager and a lady got on the line and asked what I needed. I asked her for her name and she said she’s refuses to give it because they are not obligated to releas their names and was extremely rude. She sounded like she was being bothered and having a bad day. Then I asked for a higher up and another lady came on the line stating she was the manager.... her name is “Robyn”. She as well sounded hot and bothered and asked what I wanted. So I explained the order and then asked why her tone was like that . She did not show any empathy towards the customer. I asked for the corporate office info and she stated “ I have no time for this, and have other better things to do . “ So I did contact corporate. Regardless if you hate ur job or having a bad day never take it out on paying customers. Our company will not and refuse to do business with this franchise ever...
