Taqueria Roble GTO — Restaurant in Killeen

First I do want to say the food tasted good.. just it took time to get a waitress to notice us.. then finally got a drink order done wee waited a few more minutes then hubby asked her where are the drinks. She assumed we wanted to waited to get our drinks after our food came uuh no .. she brought our drinks out and a small basket of chips d salsa .. salsa was good tasting.. we finally get our order done and sent in.. she brought the plates out but didn't remember who placed the order so it was taken back to kitchen hubby tried to get her attention but did not work. After 2 minutes she came back with our order .. our food was cold not hot. Not even the plate was hot. We had Huevos rancheros. Everything was cold except the tortillas.. I had 2 pieces of bacon and hubby had none he had more beans and potatoes than mine ..this has to be an off day .. only one waitress.. explains a lot there was another woman there whom stated up front counter and after a while she did help get a table cleaned as a older couple sat at that table. I think I'll try this place once again an hopefully we can give a better review I do have...

I thought this would be my son and I new spot but I was wrong. The first couple of times service and food were pretty good. I few times my order was wrong either just took it but once I just went back and got it remade. I just left there at 11:30am. 2 guys on the machines nobody waiting or seated at the tables. I Stood at the counter and I watched the whole staff congregated in the back laughing one even turn and looked right ate. Flipped her hair and kept talking. She then looked back up at me as I walked to the E front to the store to buy cigs came back yelled at y'all open or not? Cashier then gets up and comes to the register. I explaned i had already been standing there in she tells me oh nooo who did you see...... ALL 4-6 of y'all back there with absolutely nothing to do. I will not spend my hard earned money in an establishment that doesn't respect their customers. My son and I nor my friends will spend another penny...

I'm ALWAYS looking for authentic Mexican this.... I've found it and I'm in love 😍😍😍. The food was awesome, the staff very friendly & the atmosphere was fantastic. This IS my favorite restaurant .If you had asked me yesterday my favorite restaurant ...I couldn't have even given you any kind of answer.... Today "Taqueria Roble...
