I'm very disappointed in Cricket. I have a warranty claim on a phone that has a manufacturer issue and now they are refusing to honor the warranty because they replaced the phone once before for the same issue. It is such a difficult process to file claims for your phone. The staff never seem to know how to handle claims. I'm switching my phone service..... DO NOT BUY THE MOTOROLA RAZOR FOLDABLE PHONE. Friendly but useless. Wouldn't give them a star. Daughter n law got a galaxy 9. By itself it froze. They argued that she tried to download something that she shouldnt of. Which she did not. Called samsung. Gave her a run around where to go. We live an hour away to be told we cant do that! Had to drive 3 times to austin! Customer service wasnt even in the United States!!!!! Will never recommend cricket or use a samsung...

I brought an unlocked phone that I've had for probably three months, I was changing phone providers, and the lady there said it wouldn't work. And said I would have to buy one of their phones.
