I'm very disappointed in Cricket. I have a warranty claim on a phone that has a manufacturer issue and now they are refusing to honor the warranty because they replaced the phone once before for the same issue. It is such a difficult process to file claims for your phone. The staff never seem to know how to handle claims. I'm switching my phone service..... DO NOT BUY THE MOTOROLA RAZOR FOLDABLE PHONE.
