It was time to upgrade my phone, and switching from an android to an iPhone I had questions. After calling t-mobile, (online customer service) I experienced a nightmare. After 2.5 hours on the phone with incompetence, I hung up and visited T-Mobile, 700 Hartford Pike, Dayville, CT. I should have done this in the beginning and saved a big headache. I was assisted by Natalie Burton who is amazing!!! She got me on my way to a new phone, was pleasant, and provided everything I needed to order a new phone. She also suggested that I come back when I received the phone for data transfer. I did return and my data was transfered by Natalie. The customer before me actually hugged Natalie because she was so please with her assistance. I can't say enough great things about Natalie. Read moreThis stores employees are liars. Scott told me I would get a phone half price and the 3rd line is free. He said it would take 1 billing cycle to show up. Well it wasn’t free. It’s costing me $70 a month. And me waiting the one billing cycle like Scott said made it impossible for me to return the equipment and get out of the contract. I recently found out that Madisyn did the same thing to my daughter last year. T-Mobile customer service blames the employees at the store and the employees blame T-Mobile customer service. That way neither takes responsibility and you’re stuck with a large bill. I’ll never do business with them again and I’m reporting them to my representatives. I was so dissatisfied with my experience yesterday, I was at the breaking point and ready to call it quits with t mobile after years of being with them. When I told Maria & April about what was going on, they did EVERYTHING in their power to help me resolve my issue. When you think of exemplary customer service..it's definately these two ladies! They spent HOURS literally doing leg work for me with their corporate office just so I would be a satisfied customer. They both deserve a raise or some form of compensation to say the very least.
