I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store. As a customer, I value the integrity and professionalism of the businesses I support, and unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of these expectations.
When I arrived at your store at 9:50 PM, I was shocked to see two young employees laughing and rushing to lock the door. This occurred despite your posted hours indicating that the store closes at 10:00 PM. There were still customers inside finishing their business, yet the door was being prematurely locked.
I knocked on the window, and another young employee came out and argued that the store was closed, stating I would be there past closing time. I tried to explain that it was poor business practice to lock the door early and to do so while laughing. I mentioned that had they simply informed me they were about to close, I would have quickly looked around and returned in the morning to make my purchase.
This situation demonstrated poor judgment on the part of your employees, as they not only locked the door 10 minutes early but also failed to apologize or make any attempt to rectify the situation. Their actions cost your company a $1,000 sale, which is a significant loss.
I hope you will take this opportunity to coach your staff on better customer service practices and the importance of adhering to posted business hours. Ensuring that customers are treated with respect and professionalism will prevent similar incidents in the future and protect your business’s reputation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements in your...
Read moreOn my yearly firework trip for the fourth of July we always go find a town with large groups of fireworks and shop out the best prices and the best fireworks. This store did sell a variety of fireworks and some that I have not heard of but the fireworks i had heard of and had already purchased reached up to three times the price of the fireworks worth. For example the Brother's firework Bling Bling (recommendation to shoot two or more of these at once) was sold for $15 a piece. I went down the road a little ways and found them for $5 dollars a piece. They also had a box called "The Godfather" that said "It is an offer you can't refuse." It ran for around $500-600. Little did they know I just bought double the fireworks in the box with way better quality down the road for $400. Another issue I had was no one greeted or acknowledged that fact we were there or if they could help us. So in conclusion, if you want to spend more for something not see many places go for it, but the overall view of this store is that it is over priced for everything...

My son had to stop there cause the Love's Truck Stop was full. He parked this truck, they did not food there to speak of. This place is not rated by me cause of rude service by the employee. I hope all Truck Drivers Stop other places as I will post this on...
