Walked in to dine in, have never eaten at this chain before. Employee informed me that the lobby was closed but they were still taking orders through the drive thru. Asked if I could order inside since I have a hard time hearing in drive-thru because am deaf.

I got my food to go and sat at one of the outdoor tables. Wifi connectivity was good enough for GPS &using the internet but not streaming NETFLIX or anything video related.
Food wasn't bad, but not great. Their fries were delicious, but skip the tater tots... they were kinda soggy. Their bacon cheeseburger was good enough for the low price. The meal came with 3 slider sized burgers, which was 1 burger too many for me.
Overall, they were very accommodating for my hearing issues, the worker was friendly enough and polite. Food was quick.

Read moreWe ordered directly from Krystal through their app for delivery. The order was initially placed at 10:45 PM and said it would be delivered in 18 minutes. I put the hotel room number in the info section and I added a generous tip. I guess when the order goes through, it gets sent to Door Dash. When the info screen popped up after I clicked the link from the confirmation text message, the hotel room number was gone and so was the tip I had added. I added the hotel room back, but it would not let me adjust the tip. Well here it is well over an hour later and we don’t have the food. Krystal’s will not answer the phone and the ETA keeps changing on the Door Dash tracker. The order doesn’t even show as pending anymore on the Krystal’s app, but my bank account was charged. TERRIBLE!!!!!!
UPDATE: I received a notice that my order was finally cancelled at 2:37 AM!

Read moreI usually don't experience problems at the Kimball, TN location, but tonight there apparently was an issue with the restaurant. We arrived at approximately 8pm cst and chose to use the drive thru since it is usually much quicker. This visit took us almost 15-20 minutes just to get to order and another 10-15 minutes until we got our food. I'm not sure if there was a problem with staffing or equipment issues, but for a fast food restaurant, I found this wait to be unusual. The employee at the window did apologize for our wait as he gave us our total again. As we waited for our card to be processed, there seemed to be an issue with the credit card machine as well. Apparently it wasn't meant for us to eat out tonight. Whatever the issues were, I hope they are able to get them fixed soon.
