Chasidy, the younger girl with the black hair needs to lose her attitude. She took our friends order before us but for some reason our friends got their food and finished it before our plates even hit the counter. She wasn't paying attention to the people cooking the food or even giving them the information correctly for the orders, we kept seeing them having to re-do everything and her apologizing. I got part of my order after waiting for over 25 minutes and they didn't even give me the right hash browns so I sent it back. My piece of ham for my order had been sitting on the line for about 15 minutes and never got a waffle. When I finally did get my eggs and hash browns 30 minutes after I ordered, I cut into the eggs and the whites were 70% RAW in the middle. Chasidy said she didn't appreciate my impatience because they had to-go orders that came in in between our friends taking their order and us which was literally 15 seconds apart. Not only that our food had been sitting on the line for 15 minutes while the other people were working were telling her the food was done. I told her I didn't need her excuses and she was being rude. Had to tell her to walk away twice because she kept wanting to argue. Then she walked over to another employee to start talking about us which my friend heard. After cutting into the eggs and watching a ton of uncooked egg whites spill out, I asked the other woman with black hair working to just take my whole meal off the bill and that I didn't want it. She did and was very nice about it. We didn't ask her to but she also gave my boyfriend his meal for free for the trouble. Our friends also never got their waffle either so she took that off the bill and gave them a discount. She knew what she was doing, Chasidy should take customer service...
Read moreI was asked if it was okay my bacon was burned and black instead of them just not giving me burnt food, it was far more grease covered than any waffle house I ever have been to and I have been to well over 100. It looks like 1970 in there, it was nasty and not clean and made my fiance and I sick while driving for over 20 hours (pretty sure we were food poisoned). One employee appeared to be high on meth at work, they were understaffed and the wait was long, hash browns barely cooked. Also some guy kept coming in and out from the back that appeared to be a manager who was injured and not doing anything at all but staring at a wall. This is literally the worst location I have ever been to. Most waffle houses are usually pretty good quality and consistent. Also, the extra charge for eggs when the prices were already higher on all the other food than most states was ridiculous. Lastly the jukebox was unplugged so no one could play music, one of our favorite things to do with our kids when we go to a waffle house. We eat at a waffle house every Saturday. I'm not joking when I say this is the worst one I've seen in over 40 years of eating at various locations. I'm in a wheelchair and I could barely fit through the door so I went back to the car and got my cane and hobbled in with great pain because I have a severe nerve disease. I'm still sore days later from having to do that. I can't give this place a low enough rating. It should...

The woman who took our to-go order (a bit older, short, reddish/black hair), was super friendly, sweet, and patient with us. Food was made fast and we were out the door with our food within 10 minutes. Reasonably priced for what you get. Eggs were good & ham too! They remembered all the to go silverware and hooked us up with syrup and ketchup packets!
CONS:
Place is dirty - floors are sticky, not swept. Appliances looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Ashley (a waitress of some sort) had a lot of attitude with other customers which made us uncomfortable. Thankfully, another waitress put her in her place with some things. Hashbrowns were undercooked (for me personally), but my boyfriend liked them that way. Toast was under done, it was like I was eating a regular slice of bread, untoasted. One of the girls behind the counter was constantly on her phone and needed to be reminded of our order 3 or 4 times, and still got it wrong (gave my boyfriend hashbrowns when the item specifically included grits). The waffle was okay - but tasted wet/soggy, so it was under done as well.
Overall, we wouldn't come back to this location on our next road trip, but we may try another location to see if we can have a...
