I made a post about a dining experience that my family and I had with the Cracker Barrel in Kimball Tenn on December the fourth. This was my wife's birthday. The experience that I had for myself, and my family was truly horrific. I filed a complaint with the district kitchen manager, Melissa. Hernandez and the store manager Christie the manager of the Kimball location. On December the 18th, my wife and I met with both of them in a set down personal one on one conversation. We expressed our displeasure with our treatment. On December 4, both women were extremely and sincerely. Apologetic for our experience. They further advised that the manager on duty on that night would receive additional training for customer service and customer relations. Upon finishing our conversation with both ladies, I am proud to say that I will be only too happy, To give them. The restaurant, a 5 star in customer complaints resolutions and as well as customer service. I would like to say all of the staff that were on duty that evening, with the exception of 2 or 3, we're extremely professional and courteous and understanding of our situation. Congratulations to the Kimball Cracker Barrel. For your conflict, resolution and customer service resolution to the manager Christy and also Melissa Hernandez. The district kitchen manager. And I'd like to wish you, ladies and your staff, a very happy and Merry Christmas and realize that Jesus is the Reason for...

Even if there is a no-parking sign somewhere it is forbidden to park trucks, it should be a big sign that everyone can see everywhere that you cannot park for more than 2 hours. the truck driver want good food and you charge so much fines and share it? The parking lot at the truck stop with the rest area is full and the driving time is over and you have to pay the fine here and pay the fine it just happened. If you don't pay, you'll be stuck in the parking lot
I know they hate truck drivers, but a truck driver is someone who has to transport things to many places, truck drivers risk working for all of you consumers
Would like to leave to the people who work there, whether the mercenary and the police at the patrolling police that if you don't want the truck to park there, you should have an eye to walk to tell the truck that this place is forbidden, but this is notified. Warn after everyone sleeps and knocks on the door should come and tell when the truck has just come to a stop. Because truck drivers won't have time to drive until after a 10-hour break. It's a terrible place, even though even parked...
