Kimball Motel — Hotel in Kimball

DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! My son and I are still in utter disbelief as to how EXTREMELY POORLY we were treated and how disgustingly FILTHY and NASTY this "motel" was. The walls were covered with grime, mold and mildew. The toilet would not flush. The carpet, furniture and linens were soiled and had holes in them. The smell was nauseating. The pictures online are clearly photo-shopped and the owners refused to honor their current coupon in a travel magazine. The worst thing was the way we were treated. I am disabled and had been having a rough time, so it took me a little longer to get ready to leave than I thought it would. At five minutes past the check-out time, they were banging on the door yelling at me to leave. I politely explained to them that I had a disability and was in a lot of pain and would be out in a few minutes. They stood at the door and glared at me for over ten minutes until I could drag everything to the car. It was freezing and raining and they wouldn't even give me time to get my shoes on. There were huge cracks and potholes in the parking lot and I cut my foot and got my pants soaked. I was in tears by the time I left and I felt like I was stuck in a nightmare. These people are vile, menacing and corrupt. I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. Please pay a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere. DON'T SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS ABUSIVE, MALICIOUS TREATMENT AND FILTHY...

We didn't have a good experience. We stayed 2 nights with 2 room. And we was told that do to covid we'd not get housekeeping till after check on the 2nd day. That if we needed towels or anything we'd have to come down to the office to get them. That was fine with us. But, the problem we had was that they came in our room on the 2nd day before check out on my husband and him still in bed because he wasn't feeling well. And then came in our 2nd room. Twice before check out on the 2nd day and we had the do not disturb sign on the door. But they came in and looked around while we was taking stuff down to us car. And they came back in and started grabbing our bags and trying to carry them out. We said something to the front desk. And he just blow it off. And said will it was because the laundry person wasn't coming in that day. So they was trying to get everything done in a rush. But, that don't excuse people walking into our rooms. My husband travels for work so we have stayed at many hotels/motels. This is BY FAR the MOST DISGUSTING place we have ever stayed. We had to buy new bed linens the linens were so nasty. The chairs in the room were severely stained. The bathroom door was covered in something yellow and sticky that was dried from something dripping from the top, one of the walls also had this. The room smelled atrocious and we had to buy air freshener and fabric freshener. Everything in the bathroom was held on or together by caulk. You could not walk on the floor without your feet being completely black... Had to wear shoes at all times. Contemplated wearing them in the shower. Every surface we touched was sticky. I was sick from the night we arrived and I am convinced it was because of the filth. If it hadn't been for not getting our money back and being out $350 we would have left...
