We moved down to the area in Nov '21. We were looking for a bed for downstairs apartment. My husband had stopped in this store previously on one of his trips down here and suggested we look for a bed here. Well may I just say that Chris & Claudia, the owners, went out of their way to help us find what we were looking for. We bought a beautiful mission-style, all hard-wood bed and matching nightstand. Over the course of the past several months we also needed to find barstools and media stands. We didn't even bother looking anywhere else because the customer service is so superb and the quality and craftsmanship is so superior to anything you would find in a big-box furniture store. The styles are uniquely distinctive...you will not find styles such as these in other furniture stores. We continue to patronize BarnStar, and I've actually found a few lovely signed numbered prints from local artists as well. My fiancé and I recently bought a bed frame, I must say the quality of the furniture it absolutely amazing! Everything went together so easily and it was by far the easiest furniture I have put together. The craftsmanship of this product is amazing every detail was done perfectly and you can tell it was made by someone who cares! To top this all off we forgot our moving blankets and they gave me some with no hesitation as long as I bring them back. Our frame came in about tennish weeks. The frame itself came as five pieces. Headboard, footboard, two sides with drawers, and the support board. Putting everything together was easy, but the frame itself was a tad awkward to tighten. Maybe there’s a better tool we could have used, not sure. That being said, when it was finished being put together, it’s very sturdy and gorgeous. We picked out the color, the frame, and requested drawers be added.
