Have not been in for probably 18 months or so. My membership was on month to month draft, no contract. I honestly forgot about it. My debit card number changed and their charge did not go threw. I got a letter from the billing company with an additional fee of $19.99 for the card not going threw. No call saying hey what happened just a letter with an additional fee. Went by on 11/30/2016 to pay them and cancel my membership. I was told that in order to cancel my membership I have to physically write and mail a letter to some PO box in pilot. Then I was told that I had to update my payment information because they require a 35 day notice to cancel a membership and I would be charged for an additional month and if the dates fall right i will be charged for 2 more month. When i ask to speak to an owner she said we don't give out their information. I said can you have them call me and that was basically ignored. There is no email or phone number to even contact anyone other than whoever is running the counter. The lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous! I have been paying you for over a year without using your services (which is my fault) and when I come in to cancel you say well we are gonna stick you one more time maybe two just because that's our policy. So I ride to the place and explain my situation and they tell me they see itās canceled and I have nothing to worry about. Well today what do you know I get a phone call from their bill collectors saying I owe them money and when I tell them I went up and spoke with them face to face they say I need to speak with a manager so what do I do I call and of coarse no managers but an employee did tell me that they could see my membership was indeed canceled and that I have nothin to worry about so now Iām confused and of coarse you canāt call the bill collectors back so all in all if I could give this place a zero...

I followed all steps to cancel my membership after my 1 year membership was up, which required sending a letter to some PO box in pilot 30 days before your membership ended and they are still trying to charge me for an additional month plus fees since I got a new card and they couldn't charge my card.
I would give this gym a higher rating if I didn't have to deal with this headache of simply canceling. Any time I call I am told to write a letter to the PO box over it, and any time the company who collects their membership fees calls over these charges I am told to call a club manager. However there is NO number for a club manager.
To me this type of business is enough to ruin a company. I would NOT recommend this...
