My wife and I chose R. Thomas after reading their Facebook reviews. We needed a jeweler to create an all new wedding ring and accompanying band from her original wedding ring, along with several other inherited pieces and stones. Robert sat down with us and patiently helped envision the finished product based on our ideas. After making the final design choices, he provided a wax mock-up for our final approval before proceeding. The whole process was transparent and easy to understand.

When we got the final jewelry pieces we were absolutely elated, as they were even more beautiful than we envisioned. Best of all -- the overall pricing was very reasonable, and fair.
