I Ordered 20 pieces meal cooked fresh at drive thru from the night crew on duty. The young female worker said it would be 30 minutes. Paid $45.89. Still at drive thru window waiting I ordered 2 large cup of tea for me and the wife to drink while waiting. I gaved the night young female worker another $5, got 12 cents back. The worker never came back with the order. We evently saw her stocking right in front of us. I had to blow my car horn to get her attention. I explained we never got our 2 cups of teas. She tried to pass to me 2 cups of ice and 1 cup of tea with no lids. I explained to her I ordered 2 cups of tea with lids and straws. She finally got that right. She never apologize, and she had a dumb look on her face. Within 10 minutes our meal was ready on supposedly a 30 minutes fresh cook chicken meal. When we got home the 2 large French fries order was hard like plastic with no seasoning. Never seem fries like this, I'm 66 years of age. The 2 half gallons of tea was different color. 1 light and 1 dark in color. The supposedly fresh cook chickens was shade of light and dark old. Later that night 3 family members has unset stomach, sending them to the restroom. I will never come back here again. I would give them no star, but I wanted my rating to count. Read moreWe go there every Sunday for breakfast. They are always slow. And they screw up the order every few weeks. It got to the point that it was quicker to go in than wait in the drive thru especially when the line is off the property and into the street. Now apparently it's not quicker to go in anymore. This restaurant is the epitome of inefficiency! My food was quickly made, and sat under the warming rack for 10 minutes! When they finally got around to bagging up my order I told them to make me a fresh one because it has stayed out so long. Which they did. Every tea dispenser has unsweet tea in it. When someone came back in from the drive thru and complained, they filled it from the dispenser behind the counter. It was unsweet again. Someone came out and refilled the sweet tea out front and filled it with unsweet tea again!! It was laughable! For a place that boasts about it's "Legendary" sweet tea, you'd think someone would pay more attention! It's a disgrace. One guy I talked to while I was waiting ordered online. If he hadn't asked about where his order was I bet he'd still be waiting! He said he would never come back. Someone with authority needs to look at how this place operates and do something drastic.
