Absolutely top notch. If vibes or customer service, ease of experience or a Lil guidance is why you are looking at reviews, I've not been to a better dispensary with better vibez and better flower.

In the process of moving my cousin from L.A. to Dallas, my oil pressure sensor goes out between Barstow and here in Kingman somewhere. I pull over for gas and my engine is rattling... if you know, you know.

My cousin lost me and is 8 hours down the road, oblivious. It's taken almost 3 weeks longer to get her packed and moved. And her boyfriend decides to relapse pay the bottle to the bottom of the barrel and becomes useless and combatative.

My brain never stops. At 40 as a male, watching what i love check out when they need to focus, is painfully frustrating.

I say that to say this:

I was so frustrated I could've cried while yelling. Trying not to put my energy on anyone, i was hesitant to have a real talk with anyone.

Swing by harbor freight for a pan and oil change stuff so i can replace the sensor leaking; so as to not blow up my engine before i get to Flagstaff. My cousin is in Albuquerque with the rest of the flower...

I look up and see Medusa dispensary and was like, i sure could use some couchlock turned-to-stone'Medusa stare action going on. I am greeted at a door that has a doorbell. I'm not a fan of having to wait through a camera. Before i get to the door, I'm pleasantly greeted by a lady who was kind and efficient. Total vibe.

Them directs me to Everest, so i dummy have to wonder around and figure out their selection. The menu is on the most advanced tablet app I've seen and I've ran a few Jimmy John's. But Everest was patient, authentic, and genuinely there to help me find what i was looking for. Touching on my stress, she was happy to go the extra mile to make sure i felt understood. Got into a conversation about me not wanting to unload and me being grateful she was patient and uplifting. Mind you, I'm still angry. By the time we finish, we get a half of king louie Indica @30%, and they throw in a high % Jeeter preroll for the low. Never making me feel burdensome, even though my autistic sleep deprived self is just trying to get to the laundry mat while i fix my van in the parking lot. So i don't miss work tomorrow, in Oklahoma. It's 6:30pm and i have 12 hrs still.

By the time we were done and i set out to leave, my angst was gone and all i felt was relief and acceptance.

I'm not saying to go to Everest for therapy, but that was the most effective therapy I've had in a minute. She's a real one, smart, very helpful, and genuinely caring.

If you're conscious of vibes and fields and are looking for relief, i can't imagine going anywhere else. Annnd, it's the best flower I've seen...

I have to say I am generally not one to write reviews nor am I one to listen to the critics however I just couldn’t resist telling my experience. I’ve been to dispensaries all throughout the US for I travel in an RV and I have to say this was by far the worst one I have been to yet. My biggest complaint is the snarky and extremely unfriendly staff. There were 2 women when I went, one at the door and one behind the counter. The women at the door could not be more rude. One of those people who treat you with disrespect simply because they feel “in power” due to YOU shopping at THEIR establishment. I was immediately turned off but decided to let her random attitude slide to see how the rest of the experience would go. Simply put it wasn’t worth it and I should have spent my money elsewhere. When finally getting to the counter the other woman began rushing me due to the other customers waiting on line. Note: I’ve never been this specific dispensary before. How am I supposed to know what I was getting as soon as I got to the counter? I asked a few questions with hopes of being directed towards a product best suited for me but it became very clear all they wanted was my money and couldn’t care less about anything else. Terrible vibe. Product was mids too I have to say and it was supposedly “23%”. Don’t know how accurate that is but whatever. One thing is for certain I will not be back! Im not sure if there are any other dispensaries in kingsman — hence this place still being open. But if there is somewhere else I would definitely try your luck there first. Was there...

I really love the staff they are always kind and professional.

However I have to take away stars because when I called in once and asked about products that can help ease Into detox And help my withdrawals from weed- the lady on the phone said “you can’t withdrawl from weed”. Absolutely couldn’t believe it. (I’ve also had some issues with them forgetting to put a few grams here and there- but this has since been resolved with their new policies)

Would definitely recommend more people be educated in more than just strains of weed and take time to understand that weed can be harmful to some people. It’s a medicine that’s not for everyone and it was really alarming to hear that someone who works there and sells this medicine doesn’t know you can withdraw from weed.. Many People do suffer from cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome like myself and also CVS. I really wish the people who worked there were a bit more knowledgeable in those aspects because it can be helpful! Weed is dangerous to those who are susceptible to such conditions and it happens a lot more than people realize. Weed can be useful but it can also be harmful.
