Great company! knowledgeable staff and very flexible. Saved the organs and head for me from the beef. They dry-age the meat too which is awesome!
These are good genuine people.

COLOSSAL ORCHIDS TO Mohave Meat Co. !!!
IF YOU LOVE STEAK and want every cut to be as tender as a tenderloin, then you gotta try Mohave Meat Co. dry aged beef!!
They did my half beef for 45 days and it’s perfect. The flavor is great!, a lil more concentrated beef flavor, but mild and unoticiable to my family of 4 girls who all love it!
The best part is the tenderness. I experimented and cut off a little bit of tough neck meat and brisket to see if even that was tender enough for a steak, and it was!
The other best part is how healthy it is. Locally sourced farm to table, which Mohave Meat Co. Found for me.
They have 100% grass fed and or grain finished.
The animals we eat in the grocery stores lived a filthy and sad life. It’s nice to eat local, healthy and ethical meat that your whole family can feel good about!
When my family moved here a few months ago from Alaska, my kids stopped eating steak because they didn’t like the taste of store bought beef. Now they love it again and are well fed.
I also price compared a handful of different outfits around and Mohave meats was by far the most reasonable
Everyone working there was a pleasure to work with, professional and very...
Read moreGrowing up in the midwest, my father always bought our beef from the local butcher. Since moving to AZ, finding a butcher was a priority.. I mean, 1/2” to 3/4” cuts from the herd at the grocer may be good for most, but when you are raised in cattle country and understand the marbling process, quality and thickness of a good cut, what it takes to bring out the best flavors and taste, finding someone who sells quality over quantity is paramount. Until I found Mohave Meat Co., I felt transported back to those “where’s the beef” commercials.. If you too no longer salivate and feel your toes curl when you are staring at the grocers meat case, call 911 and have them take you directly to Mohave Meat Co. Then grab some ribeyes, a few pounds of ground beef, premium hot dogs, a whole chicken and some snack sticks. Thank me later.. The beef was very well marbled, enough beef to make a real meal at 1.5” cuts and surprisingly excellent pricing /pd for this level of quality. If you are serious about your beef like me, swing by Mohave Meat Co, but you better get there before I do… Thank you for saving me from settling for mediocrity Mohave Meat Co., keep that blade sharp, see...
Read moreMy family made the jump and decided to stop in. We were expecting higher prices but decided to buy some meat just to test the waters. We got the Wagyu hotdogs and two insanely thick pork chips with beautiful fat to meat ratio. I tried the hotdogs last night for lunch and grilled them up. It was insane. They have a delicious casing and the meat is delicious. Tonight, we decided to cook up our pork chops. Me and my mom both really dislike pork but we thought maybe buying from a butcher would be different. The difference is night and day. My mom has no bottom teeth and was able to eat the entire chop. It was so tender that it cut like a knife to tissue paper. We only used seasoning salt to really taste the meat and my god it was amazing. So juicy and flavorful. Was it expensive? Yes. But it was worth every penny. I will be going back and trying other...
