Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kingman

Had to wait a day to post because I was pretty hangry leaving there. Ordered online and walked to pick it up 30 mins later. Got there 5 minutes after the the estimated ready time, and had to wait another ten in a highly disorganized line. The whole time the screen on the wall says my order, and a ton of others, are "ready" but no one is being served. Finally get to the cashier who takes my payment, but food isn't ready for another 20 minutes, despite what the screen says. Now I understand they are busy, but between the horribly inaccurate eta and the ready status the entire time, this suggests to me they are falsely reporting their wait times to corporate to make themselves look good. Which completely invalidates what the system is trying to achieve for the customer. They call out "John" and I'm lucky a guy much closer with the same name recognized that it wasn't his order. Great system. Mind you no one else gets served the entire time, a good chunk of them being there longer than I so I get some dirty looks as I'm the first to be served ordering ahead of time. And to think this is one of those establishments that begs for a tip on carryout as if it was dine in or delivery! They only got the second star because the food itself seemed better than the other hut in town which I lived closer to for years so was my go to. Never had tried this one before. Well, the wings I should say, sauce really popped l. Maybe I was just that hungry by the time I got my food. The olive count on my pizza, on the otherhand, was quite low. On our way to Havasupai on the 8th of July we stopped by here. After living abroad for a year we decided Pizza Hut would be a great pre 30 mile hike guilty pleasure. I was completely disappointed however, I had to go get our own menus after we had been seated for 5 minutes. We requested some cinnasticks to go and was told they would be made half way through our meal (we also reminded them of our order) our pizza took 25 minutes and came out after 4 to go orders were picked up (ordered after ours). Had to go to the front to pay the check and was given attitude when I requested the cinnasticks be removed since the order haven’t even been put in. Please hire more waitresses, this was all probably due to one waitress working the entire busy restaurant. Honestly had a pretty weird experience here. We walked in and got ignored by the staff for a good 5 minutes. The whole restaurant was empty and the whole staff was trying to fulfill pick up orders. When we finally got seated everything was normal. The food wasn't great but it was edible. During our meal one of the staff members, still wearing his work uniform, sat down in the restaurant and started drinking a beer whilst calling someone. When we finished our meal we wanted to pay and got ignored by staff for 10-15 minutes. They always looked very concerned if they looked at us as if nobody was authorized to hand us our bill. When the manager finally came he apologized for the long waiting time and said he gave us a discount which he didn't do.
