Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Kingman

This was one of the worst Jack in the Boxes I have ever been to. The food was absolutely disgusting! I didn't eat the rest of my food. My son even complained about his food and he barely ever complains. My husband didn't finish his food either because the taste of the egg was gross. I got the Grilled Sourdough swiss sandwich and it wasn't even toasted, the egg tasted gross and there was no bacon on it at all, but they doubled the freaking ham on it. I asked for no ham! It was a mess. My husband got an ultimate breakfast sandwich and same with no bacon on it and the egg wasn't good. I got my son the bacon cheddar biscuit and his had one little bacon on it. Like, what the heck! Is it hard to do your job right?! I have been in the restaurant field since I was a kid. I've worked in fast paced restaurants and fast food restaurants as a teen and it never took us long to get food out to our customers. There was a lot of people in this jack in the box and it took a long time to get the food out, then when they did get them out, the food didn't taste good and was not made properly. I was disgusted how dirty it was inside. Tables were dirty(crumbs, trash, spilled liquids), including the seats. Only a couple of tables 'appeared' clean, so we chose those. It was a Sunday late afternoon, there were not many customers(the first 20 min. it was only myself and my 3 kids), therefore the crew was not that busy so I wondered why I didn't see anyone cleaning. Tables, seats dirty, floor filthy, the table where the lids, straws are was covered in various spilled drinks. We were taking our time to go to an appt. afterwards and the whole time we were there, about 45 min., no one ever stepped out to clean up a little. Even the windows looked pretty gross, and imagine the bathrooms. We saw the manager, workers walking in and out of the place to have a smoke break or 'phone' break but no one concerned about the cleanliness of the place. Really gross place to dine in and I wouldn't recommend it. It makes me wonder how it is where the food is being prepared. Management and crew obviously does not consider cleanliness a priority, mostly just fooling around and being loud in...

I'm not one to nit-pick food establishments, as I was a chef for many many years and know things are not as they appear sometimes. I will always give the benefit of doubt to the operation, especially in such a difficult environment currently. Went in today at around 3pm. The place was wrecked. Dirty tables everywhere, all trash bins overflowing, so many tables still had the last guests trash left on the tables. Beverage machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in more than a day. Kitchen was visibly dirty, lots of trash on the floor. One cook was opening eating and drinking while preparing food. Could overhear another cook laughing that the freezers were not working correctly. There were only two staff when I came in, three more came back in after about 5 minutes, so I assume they were all out back. Clean the place up when you get a minute after the lunch rush.
