I called multiple florists in Kingsport and not only was this shop the most helpful, they were definitely the nicest and most accommodating. The first person I talked with was very sweet and helpful. I told her I'd call back when I decided what to send (meaning I was going to check some other places for price and delivery charge). The other three places I called were not nearly as friendly and I could tell none of them wanted to take the time to listen as I talked out what I was looking for. So I called back to Downtown and got a different lady, but she was as nice and helpful as the first person I spoke with. I haven't seen the final product yet, but I can tell you that the phone ordering experience was delightful. The lady was so helpful, so accommodating, and very patient, as I don't make decisions lightly or well. I’ve sent several arrangements using Downtown Flowers in Kingsport, Tennessee. My mother is in the hospital, and I ordered online early Saturday morning. I didn’t realize they closed early. So I called to see if the flowers would arrive Saturday or Monday. The very sweet lady that answered the phone told me they would definitely arrive today. She stated that the vase the flowers were shown it she didn’t think she had it. However, me knowing the company I didn’t worry at all. My sister went to see Mom and sent me a picture of them and they were stunning!! I honestly think it’s the prettiest one I’ve seen from Downtown Flowers or any other florist I’ve used. I ordered a lighted church for a sympathy gift and they sent a tote with flowers. When I called to tell them they had sent the wrong item, the woman I spoke with, Pat, argued that I had changed my mind and wanted a tote. We never even asked about the tote. I didn't even know flowers came in a tote!!! I called them specifically for the lighted church because another florist had referred me.
