We had the absolute BEST experience at GellyBall in Kingsport, TN! I can’t say enough good things about Tara, the owner—she went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she made sure every detail was perfect. The setup was amazing, the games were so much fun, and Tara’s energy and kindness made the entire day even more special.

She truly took the time to engage with the kids, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure my son felt like a VIP the whole time. It’s rare to find someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and Tara did exactly that. My son hasn’t stopped talking about it, and all the parents were just as impressed.

We had a blast with our group of 15 doing gellyball. The building had amazing AC in contrast with the hot July Kingsport has been having, and the masks were clean and easy to wear. We had a group of very mixed ages from 6 to 84 and we all had a blast. Management was so kind and even accommodated our older players with a chair behind the inflatables that they could fire from behind. They gave us broken blasters (one had a locked trigger and another kept jamming), the staff would NOT help fix this issue, the arena is way too small for 2 children nevermind a whole party of them, and they have a rediculous business model of charging by the hopper (what holds your ammo) while STILL putting a time limit on the session. If you run out of time and there's still ammo in the hopper, you're done and you have to pay another 20 dollars per person for a refilled magazine and 5 more minutes...
