If I could give a negative rating, I would. Positive: A technician showed up. Negatives: 1. Service call for approximately 30 minutes of time=$273.75. This was beyond a total waste of money. The technician did not truly evaluate one appliance. He did exactly what my basic homeowner instruction manual said to do PRIOR to calling a technician. He did not attempt to use the smart diagnosis feature on the unit. The technician did not have experience with home warranty companies. He did not know how to navigate the appropriate industry wording to foster an effective resolution. Further, the technician could not effectively demonstrate what the issue truly was. He stated what he perceived was wrong, but could not support his claim with proof. If you have Samsung or LG products, do not call this company. The company will bash your choice of product and try to direct you to what products it sells. When challenged, the company will go into defense mode and elaborate about how they have been in business for 55 years or some such. That does not solve the customer's problem; it avoids taking ownership of suspect business practices. To this end, WHY go to a customer's home KNOWING the type of products he or she has does not align with your personal or industry preference? Ding, ding, ding--you go to exploit and collect money!
