On the second Saturday of August, my boyfriend and I came to Cancun for dinner. We were sat and greeted by our waitress who was not friendly and very rude. She quickly took our drink order and left. After receiving our drinks and food, frozen margaritas which we thought would come on the rocks but accepted the frozen ones instead. I noticed our drinks were starting to separate as soon as I got it and said to my boyfriend " that's weird, it's seems to be separating from the alcohol already". But We mixed it up and took some sips. Our immediate reaction was “this drink has a weird before taste..”. We just thought it had more alcohol concentrated at the bottom. After having about 6 small sips and my boyfriend drank less than half of a small one. I start to feel a huge headache come on which isn't normal. I tell my boyfriend my head is hurting and my face is on fire, then a few minutes later my upper back starts to seize and tighten, by body feels so numb and weird. My boyfriend tells me stop drinking my drink and he stops drinking his. He said he needed to go to the bathroom before we left, and it was super sketchy in there. While he was gone, I snapped my boyfriend a picture that I felt more weird and I thought she may have put something in our drinks. Everyone else around us had been drinking a lot of margaritas.. Ours should not have made us feel that way. He then tells me that he feels the exact same way and that we need to leave. It took a little while, but the waitress finally came back and asked if we were going to keep eating our food because we totally stopped eating at all. My boyfriend said, “no, just the check.” Which she conveniently had close to her, card reader and everything. We found this odd as everyone else had to go to the counter to pay. She then quickly grabbed our food and drinks and took them to the kitchen before anything else. We felt extremely ill as we slithered out the door and into our car. We called his parents on what to do and we sat and chugged water with the AC on as we waited. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!! THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUS AND NOT SAFE. I normally don’t leave reviews.. But I really don’t want this to happen to anyone else out there. We went here because they had such a high star rating and wanted to support a...

The restaurant has several televisions throughout. It’s a big and airy restaurant. The waitress was super sweet and friendly. The service was fast. We ordered the #2 lunch special which is a chicken burrito (we swapped out the red sauce for queso) and the speedy Gonzalez which is a taco and an enchilada. In my husband’s words, “oh my God, that queso is good!” I had a different opinion about the tacos. The shell was super fresh on the taco but the meat was plain and didn’t have any seasoning. The cheese enchilada was also just okay for me. I prefer yellow cheese in my enchiladas. This one had white cheese in it so if you like that kind of thing you may like it.
For the two of us (water to drink) our...
Read moreWe decided to try this place today and door dashed it. Not only was the food neatly organized and well packaged, but it was still piping hot when it got here. I'm sure part of that was the dasher actually caring but the store itself cares and that shows.
I didn't have high expectations just because it's hard to find good food in the area. This place literally blew my mind. The food was incredible, so good. The churros were phenomenal, the chimichamgas were superior to any I have ever had.
My husband got some kind of street taco and I don't like street tacos and it was also amazing. I literally stole one of them from him.
High quality food, high quality service plus if you visit in person the atmosphere is great. 10/10 recommend and will not have to try all my favorites one by one haha.
I even let my food get cold by accident bc I was chasing my feral toddler around and it was still...
