King's Sport Axe House — Local services in Kingsport

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I was from out of town and just looking for something new, fun & active to try and I got everything I wanted and more!

For starters, the staff and owners are by far the most friendly, professional and attentive people I've ever met. I lingered in with no reservation, and all lanes were booked. The owner took to himself to give me a tour of the premises showing me that there was also another business connected where I could get drinks and the outdoor back patio where there was live music, games & even a wood fire pizza truck! Then, to top it off when a lane opened up due to a cancelation they immediately notified me & even have me & my neighboring lane an experienced axe throwing staff member. She gave us tips, tricks & even kept a score board to track everything.

Lastly, the location is amazing because it's right in downtown amongst all the restaurants/ bars/ Waterpark.

So if you're looking for something fun and new to do whether it's worth friends, family or even by yourself (like me) where you will be welcomed and have tons of fun then this place is it! If I ever make my way back to Kingsport I will be definitely playing a...

family friendly with safety in mind. you are given a short "how to' 'how not to' on throwing. then given pointers as you repeatedly attempt to land a shot to the bullseye 🎯. unfortunately I cannot remember our coaches name, but he was extra patient with our group and was able to suggest a specific axe that best matched that person. now that takes experience!!

prices were reasonable. honestly, if you want a unique experience or looking for a new family fun night, give these guys try.

Totally fun and unique experience. A little on the pricey side because its a per person fee but worth it for the good time. Who knew I was really good at axe throwing?! It was a bit busy and congested where we needed to be, the group there prior was still there loitering, loudly and in the way long enough to run 10 minutes into our time and they did not clean up the table where they left beer cups. I cleaned the table off and wiped it down with paper towels. That said, our coach was super. She did a great job and we did get to make up the missed time.
