The worst location I have been to. Every time I go I have a horrible experience, the only reason I keep going is because it's the closest one to me. I took my ring to get re-shaped original size (7) because it wasn't a circle anymore after some time of it being worn, The employee (April) told me my ring could get smaller maybe a size down or so and I said that was fine as I have small fingers. I could easily fit it on another finger. Just not anything bigger. When I went back to pick up my ring it wasn't smaller it was bigger. It went up to a size 7 1/2 And at that point I have no use for the ring & they wouldn't do an exchange either. Another employee told me the only option was the 25% off retail price for an exchange of the same product which I'd have to pay for. The jewelry is already expensive and it was the employees mistake for not letting me know the ring might get bigger not smaller. If she would have stated that, I would not have gone through the re-shaping process. Not the first time I have issues at this store by another employee (Elizabeth) When I go in she gives me a dirty look, she's very rude & always hovering over the employees when they are talking to customers. Read moreI bought my bracelet and it somehow got misplaced And i wasn’t notified until waiting 2 hours in the store, waiting for them to attach the charms. I assume a manager (I am unsure if she was an associate, but she did take “charge” of the situation) told me she was looking for my bracelet but never updated me Until after I directly asked her in the store. I had somewhere to go and asked if I could just come back the next day to pick it up, She told me she would call me to let me know if I was able to pick it up the same day later, she never called me. I had to call and basically just ask for an update. The only reason I am frustrated is cuz I was planning on visiting family, and I wasn't able to go as planned because of this. I am not bashing the original associate because she did seem new and a bit undertrained, I do blame how the manager dealt with the situation because she did tell me something, just to not follow through with it. On top of that, they didn’t even put the charms where I wanted them to be, I took my bracelet and will be going to a different james avery to Fix it because I am done with that store. Read moreCame here to post this experience! I placed an order online for my cousins birthday gift ! When I pulled in I sawe they has curbside pick up and I called. But then decided to go in because I wanted to see if they had anything for my 3 year old daughter. I had her with me as well as my 1 year old son. So I put my daughter in her stroller and put my son in my baby carrier. When I walked in I was struggling to open the door and an elder woman worker saw me and didn't assist me and she was not with a customer. I got so upset because I don't go to stores if my husband is not with me; he was out of town. But when I went to the counter Nick assisted me right away with so much pleasure that made me feel better and asked him if he had anything for my 3 year old daughter and he measured her finger and pulled out the different rings and bracelets. And with his assistance I just decided to get my daughter a ring and bracelets and got the online order. And if it wasn't for Nick I would've just got my online order. And when I was walking another young employee assisted me with opening the door which I appreciate it.
