Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Kinston

So I always pay my bill the day of or sooner... I paid last months bill a week before hand. I end up getting charged again at the end of the month... So I call and let them know I get told that they are eimbursing me to give them a few days... 4 days later I still don't have my money back. So I call and ask them what's going on and if I could just pick up the cash, I'm told to call my bank and find out if it's processing or pending... I call my bank and there's nothing pending.... I call them back and I ask to speak with the manager because I keep getting "he said" from the lady in the front... He tells me that he already did it and I should have it tomorrow but if he did it would already show as pending and kept trying to give me the run around and still wouldn't give me cash for there f'up and trying to weasel his way out of it. It is what it is just don't sign up for them to charge your card because they don't pay attention and will charge you again and good luck getting your money back😀 because some how it's your fault once I'm done paying this item off I won't be getting anything...

Don’t deal with them they have a new young manager that’s hard to deal with I went outta town Labor Day weekend and when I got home my refrigerator was dead but I have a chest freezer had to throw away all my food in my fridge and go and by a bunch of frozen food from Walmart because couldn’t afford to buy another refrigerator at the time plus I caught Covid while out of town and couldn’t work called them when I got back home and informed them of everything and told them I would pay them the end of this month it was Sept 19,2023 end of the month is the following week new young manager said NO …mind you I just paid off my laptop from them and only have 4 payments left on the range so guess I since only have a few payments left they took my a range so now I have no range I would recommend no one deal with them new manager is a Dick…also told him I just started doing DoorDash and Uber again since I’m well I get Disability too and...

This is the worse rental place ive ever dealt with. Its just been headache after headache with these people and they are very rude. They act like you in the wrong when theyve messed with your credit for 3 years then heres the thing you can turn the stuff back in but if something comes up and you talk with them about it you still wont be able to rent with any aarons if i could i would be at the aarons in my hometown but theres no option to pay the balance just rudeness i refrain from being rude but this specific store has pushed me over the edge they put you on hold in the middle of a sentence cut you off and then act like you being upset means nothing smh in a way im glad i wont have to deal with them anymore im glad i can always go back to modern home furnishings or rent a center aarons is not the only rental place in town this is fair warning...
