I'd love to write a review about internet service but since they REFUSE to come and uphold a deal they made with the subdivision that I live in- let me attest to the WORST customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. We moved into a new neighborhood back in July and were told by Optimum that a tech just needed to come out. The tech came out and told me it would be at least 90 days so that they could run lines. Called a few weeks later for an update, was told there was not even a note in the system and that the 90 days would have to restart. Called a few weeks later, now we're being told a survey needs to be conducted and is scheduled. Called a few weeks later, NOW we're told there was never a survey scheduled or conducted and to wait another 90 days. There is a WHOLE STREET in my subdivision that has been without internet for MONTHS and all Optimum wants to do is pass the buck and continue to drag their feet. Oh, and let's not even mention the money they claimed WE OWED THEM for not having internet service because, on THEIR ADVICE, we kept our equipment from our last house to transfer service to our new house. And then they wanna claim that we owe them money for that since we didn't return it- even though they're the ones who told us to keep it. I am DONE with Optimum, and even if they do end up servicing our street, I'm not confident at all that their customer service...

I have had a Tech to my home almost every other Week.When you call they give you False hope EVERY TIME(your Issues will be fixed after the Tech comes,Lies).All of my SERVICES(Cable,Internet,Alarm system&Hard line)have been having issues.You used to be able contact the Alarm people(not anymore)they can't either(the #was out of Service)that's Crazy.I have called of & on for 5 weeks now,because the Last Tech call Didn't fixed my issues.My cable keeps cutting of(intermittent signal issues,volume&picture cuts out),Internet KEEPS dropping,Alarm system has issues. Read moreI was told to pay my bill and my services would continue last night… after an hour it still was not working. Y’all said it was an outside line issue and that you would send someone right away the next day… today is the next day. You said 11-2 to wait for someone to come. NO ONE CAME! I called again about 5-6 more times to get these people to come out and they never did. So my question is, why can’t yall come fix my stuff?
