Itās really sad to just expect at least 1 thing to be wrong when you go to a restaurant, but you still want to be hopeful that āmaybe theyāll get it right this timeā š Firstly, Iāve never left a negative review but itās really irritating to typically enjoy the food from a restaurant but rarely get your order correct. We are usually tolerant of getting an incorrect order, just brush it off. But itās getting old with it being every single time. Today we went to the drive through and got 2 trays, both with quesadillas and asked for 1 side of quesadilla sauce. Instead we got no sauce on any quesadilla (we found this out after leaving) and when we pulled up to the window we reminded the worker at the window that we asked for sauce, and were told we āwerenāt charged for any extra sauce, and it would be an extra chargeā so we just said donāt worry about it, shrugged it off and left, but when we ate the quesadillas they were extremely dry due to there being no sauce at all. We ask for extra sauce initially, donāt get that but are not rude about it, and then we get our food and once again it is incorrect. The hateful girl was replaced by someone who did well at the drive-thru, but one of the people in our group still did not receive every item they paid for in their bag. It's very strange that every single time we go here as a group someone is missing an item or receives the wrong item. Whoever is bagging the food on Thursday nights needs to be more attentive. And don't even think about going on the second lane to order, because they'll make you wait at the ordering box for ten minutes before deciding to wait on you.

We go here almost every Thursday night after league because itās one of the only places left open. The past THREE times we have been, my husband has ordered two Cajun chicken wraps and they only gave him one and charged us for two! And theyāre too sorry to open the lobby so we canāt go in to get the other. Thieves!!!! The next night we went back to try again and the general manager took our orders, she stated we get two free trays instead of visits. The order was STILL wrong. The food is good but not worth the trouble to get what you want. The orders were so wrong we were either missing food we ordered or not the item we ordered at all. Even missing food on the second time, the order receipt said total was $24.11 but the actual credit card receipt said $37.95. The staff including the GM were very cold and impolite. The same cashier from the second visit took our order and wouldn't say a word, no "How are you?", or "Would you like any sauce?", or even "Have a nice day!", it was just awkward and silent.
