Where to begin! First, my wife came into the store about a week ago to inquire about the prices of an item. The point of contact never called her back concerning an event that is being held at one of the local elementary schools in the area. He was abrupt and displayed no level of concern for her need (walking away, etc.). He also attempted to downplay my wife’s intelligence by stating that the company only provides marketing for larger businesses (my wife is a local business owner). No worries, because it gets better!!!

Today we go into the same office to ask about the pricing of raffle tickets. The gentleman at the register was assisting a lady which seemed genuine. He was attentive and didn’t continue to utilize the computer as she was conversing with him. Now, in comes us! We asked a few questions, however, he was short and offered no service to us and even continued to work on whatever task was before him.

I’m a person of color that serves my country in the Army and have never felt so uncomfortable in this area. My wife is also of color and is a Professional Home Advisor that serves in the community wholeheartedly. I believe that some European/Caucasian individuals exhibit a level of disparity to people of color. Not all, but some... We bleed the same blood and will eventually be in a place that sees no color as God is love....

In closing, the main supply store clerk was phenomenal! She provided superior service that was unmatched and what I look for in people. A job well done!

Called to have a return mailing label printed. Was told they wouldn't print it until I arrived, so don't try to save a mm by time by sending it to be processed ahead of time. Got there, waited my turn, emailed the return label to their address and read told they couldn't print it. Showed them the email. Still couldn't print it. Didn't offer any assistance, she just sat there telling me she couldn't. No offer to help, just "no".
