The food is good. Best hibachi in Kinston which isn’t saying much. However when you walk in the restaurant you will see all the signs, charge extra for card, charge extra for sauce, don’t use trash, don’t move tables, check food before you leave their not responsible for issues. Price is OKAY, however you really don’t revive that much food. I really wish someone would open another hibachi in kinston to compete. I love the food just hate dealing with the owners! I've been eating at this Hibachi Express for years and I've always loved there food. Customer service in the past has lacked, however, since the pandemic I feel as though it has improved. They are not doing dine in only pick up. I called my order in over the phone and when I got there it was ready to be picked up. They do have a rule of only one card per person so if you're a business and one person picks up multiple orders for different people be aware they will only accept one card.
