Subway — Restaurant in Kinston

2/5/24 about 6:30-40 pm, I stopped to place an order for my family. When I told the young lady helping me I wanted 5 subs, I heard a voice from the back say you can only order 4 subs. When asked why Mark said “5 or more is a catering order and I need 24 hrs notice.” When asked about contact information for the owner Mark said something under his breath, before stating I could find it on google. The problem I have is this twice now that I have stopped in my work uniform and been told the same thing. But when wearing street clothes he has no problem making 5 orders. It appears that this employee is engaged in discriminatory business practices based of where I work for or he is trying to illicit a negative response for some reason. They don't open at the posted time of 7:00am (on there door) and when they open at the 8:00am they tell you they open they can't serve you for 30 min because the employees that didn't get there till 8:03 and have to get everything put out. The employees complane about prior customers in front of every one. There to busy talking about what they are going to do over the weekend instead of serving customers. I went too this store today and ordered 2 sandwiches both with double meat. But when it came time for the other ingredients I asked this weird looking guy too add extra tomatoes he put four tomatoes on the sandwich. When I asked him for 2 more he stated that he could not. I asked him why not he says cause he can't. I don't understand if I am willing to pay for extra items I should be afforded that items. I will never grace this particular subway in the plaza...
