Wok N Roll — Restaurant in Kinston

On today purchased a large General Tsao Chicken and two spring rolls. Upon plating the rice and chicken I noticed three long brunette hairs. Very put off, called back and stated the problem. Was told to come back but no apologies were rendered. I get to the counter and no words just a gesture to place to food in the trap door. I left the napkin and the hair... they looked at me and said it’s not my hair and I said it’s not mine... they said it’s red.. first they wear no hair nets second who would waste time and ask for the same dish and just to be inconvenienced. Then they wanted to give me a smaller order than purchase. Whaaaaa, heck to the No. I was about to go Philly girl ( where I’m from) before a guy stepped in because missy wasn’t hearing me... he said he’d give me another large but missy kept looking at my hair which is black and curly. Poooor customer service. I got the new dish with no apologies. I will never return. Happy Hairing!...

The worst food ever! I ordered chicken wings with beef fried rice and it was discusting. The chicken looked and taste like it was cooked 7 days ago and recooked for me to eat and pay full price. I ate only one wing and a little rice before i discoverd brown coloring inside the chicken that made me sick to my stomach. I went back to return the food and they said that they will only give me half my money back because I ate a wing. by the way my stomach is hurting as I'm typing this right now. I did not want to start and huge argument so took back half of what I paid. I guess I just paid $3 for one old nasty wing. I'm pretty sure they will recook what I returned and feed it to some one else. They seemed like they really wanted to keep the wings too. Gross place to eat 😕This is the last time I'll ever eat there again. By the way the chicken still had feathers on it. Nasty...

If I could post 0 stars I would. I went there and the front lady seemed nice...until she asked me what did I order and I stated the chicken and rice.one lady came behind her and asked her something (I didn't hear) and she said "yeah, they like their chicken and rice. And laughed 🤔 What you mean THEY like their chicken and rice. Okay so I got my food and left. Came home and I noticed that 2 of my 4 pieces of chicken wasn't chicken ..... It literally looks like a cat or dog paw.....fried. I'll upload the picture, if I can. Im never eating from there ever again. There's no telling what the rest of that food may be. I'll never eat " Chinese" food again. Y'all be careful out here. If you don't see them eating their food then you don't...
