The two women working this evening on 12/2 went above and beyond for me. I got lots of glassware, and instead of just bagging them up and being on their way (which I was expecting, and would have still definitely have appreciated!!!), they took extra time and boxed my things up for me and even went off searching for cardboard and things that would make my glassware more secure for the drive home. For a place where everything is $1.25, they still valued the products sold and the customer's time and experience, while being friendly and gracious throughout the entire interaction. I would like to thank Ms. Contina (I hope I spelled it correctly!) for her outstanding customer service skills and dedication to the community in which she works. I am experiencing an issue with a double payment from a purchase last week and she has been adamant about assisting me with getting the second payment credited back to my account. She has followed up with me each day since the issue took place and has reached out to other stores and employees to assist with getting me to the right place for some answers and directions to receive my credit. The one by Walmart needs an attitude adjustment. The male cashier was very rude and disrespectful to a family member of mine. He was rude; nasty and try to get an slick and unkind remarks to her.
