Central Florida Vacation Rentals — Local services in Kissimmee

We had a fantastic 3 week stay at this lovely spacious townhouse. It was clean, the beds comfortable and everything we needed to self cater was available. Massive TV in living room. Very good wifi. Plenty of parking outside. Rubbish collected daily. The hot tub in the back courtyard was clean and deep. The swimming pool and slides were great at the nearby clubhouse only 3 minutes walk away. Again very clean. The pool was heated which was great. (Villas with private pools were asking significant money to heat them during March).

The other big attraction was location, and we didn't realise just how well located Regal Oaks was until our visit. The Old Town was just a short walk away for car shows etc, when finding parking can be a problem. All the Disney resorts are literally 10-15mins drive away, Hollywood Studios the closest. We didn't hit any traffic going to or from the parks, nor any tolls. After a firework display we could be in the house within 15mins. Definitely a good location for Disney. Perfect stay for our Disney and Universal trip! I felt very safe in the gated community, the Airbnb was clean and adorable! Paula was extremely communicative with me and answered my many questions leading up to our family trip.

The pool is about a 6 minute walk or 2 minute drive. We enjoyed it very much and our kids loved the water slides!

There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options near by. Disney was a 10 minute drive and Universal was about 25 minutes!

I wouldn’t take any stars off for it because it is communicated, but if you stay here, plan on packing or buying some extra garbage bags, dish soap depending on if you cook on the premises at all and an extra roll of paper towel. We were given two small garbage bags for a 6 night rental. I planned ahead and packed a few which came in handy when I had to empty the fridge at the end of our stay.

Overall, I’d recommend the property and would book in the future when we make our way back...

We enjoyed our stay so much if I could give more stars I would. This Condo was beautiful. It was just like what is pictured. It could not have been any cleaner. Plenty of towels the hot tub on the back screen and porch was just as described. It was wonderful. Everybody in this community is so friendly and just makes you feel welcomed. Paula Was very communicative and made sure that we had everything that we needed And that we were having a good time! I took my kids alone And the entire time I was there, I could not have felt more safe. That was a big issue for me. The pool is lovely. The water is heated! But if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is perfect and if you wanna be adventurous, there’s so much to do around there there’s no way that you can get it all done!
