I decided to stop by and made a review well deserved for a long time . This store has been affected as many of the small business with the COVID situation and later with the way everything it is in general . I have been visiting this store for more than 20 yrs on and off , however , I believe they have been working hard in the last season with the lack of personal and always creating new ways to help the customer and promote their products . I want to congratulate the Manager and their team for the hard work . Prices are going up everywhere but I will keep going back until my budget allows it . For me, the freshness of the vitamins and the fact to support the small business weight more than sometimes the confort of ordering from home online believing in a good value but at the end it is not always the case. Today was my first visit to a all natural food store so I didn't know where to start! Brianna (one of the employees) gave me a tour of the store and the layout of all the products Chamberlin's has to offer. Brianna was very knowledgeable & helpful. Because of Brianna's superior customer service, I will be a loyal and regular customer of Chamberlin's in Kissimmee, Florida! I also spoke on the phone with the manager, Day and she was very pleasant as well. I look forward to meeting her in person during my next shopping trip! I just got out of the store right now. The staff seems to be forced to work. They don’t even want to be there and you can feel it. There was a lady cleaning the restroom and I was waiting for her to finish so I can use it. First of all she took forever to clean it and she noticed me standing there waiting, secondly when she finally finished cleaning she turned her back on me and walked off then I asked her if I can use the restroom and with a Kardashian voice she said “Sorry, the bathroom are closed thats why I’m cleaning them”. It was 7pm and the store closes at 8pm. The vitamins I was going to purchase I put them back on the shelve and left. Really bad...
