F45 Training Hunters Creek — Local services in Kissimmee

First, let me start up by saying I have visited many F45 around the United States and also in Europe in Spain in particularly in every facility that I’ve been to the f45 experience stay true to its roots usually two trainers that explained the routine and exercises to the T very helpful And an environment that makes you wanna come back and exercise on a daily basis .here at f45 Hunters Creek it was horrible. The first day I went with my girlfriend. It was a young coach. She did fairly well very cheerful attentive but once again, just one coach And a lot of people so she was not able to facilitate the attention that is needed and really the attention that you are paying for at f45 especially if you are paying $170 plus a month at least for me, the facility has to be on point and I am requiring them to follow through with what they are advertising, especially that I am prior military I like consistency and I like things done the way that they are supposed to be , today was my second day and the trainer/coach. She couldn’t even get through half of the explanation of the exercises without being winded that tells me a lot about the person that is supposed to be training me . You should be in shape or should be fit enough to do the simple demonstrations of the exercises especially if you are to train me and I’m paying you my money I expect a high level of professionalism and physical fitness I would not be returning to this facility. Also, she was not on point at all with helping me or my girlfriend do the exercise half of the time we were lost and didn’t know what station we need to go to because they have a disarray and no order to what they’re doing, never been to a studio where they tell you just pick and choose whatever station you wanna start at and , leave you there and every once in a while they shout great job. Keep going 10 seconds .like I said before I will not be coming to the studio and I would not recommend it to anybody in the Hunter Creek area. I was searching for a gym that had a curriculum to follow along to. The innovation here at F45 is what attracted me. With monitors in front of the class with videos of the exercises being played the whole duration of the workout, so that you’re always informed on the proper technique and posture through out each pod/station.

Ricky (owner) was very inviting and passionate about the brand. The tour was very informative and he was also able to answer any question that I had. They are not pushy at all like most gyms as well eager for a sign up.

The team here is phenomenal Bree, Artie, Josh, Jose, Ricky, and I’m missing others but they’re re all amazing.

No matter what class you take the trainers make it feel personal even in a group setting. Calling the members by their name, motivating them, and perfecting their form so the workouts hit their intended mark. I gave myself 14 days to make a decision on if I would make this gym my new home.......... I’m here to stay. This is the place you want to be if you want to achieve those results and get pushed to your limit with a great team...

I wanted to share my experience with F45 Hunters Creek.

I have been shopping around for Gyms and wanting to find the right format and style for a new Gym. There was a misunderstanding on my end with how the plan system works. I explained to Zaena that that was a complete misunderstanding on my end and she refunded my charge and empathized with me. She told me that everyone deserves to find what best works for them and their fitness. That was very kind and I wanted to take the time to recognize that.

On top of that the gym instructors are very attentive and encouraging. Cynthia, Justice and Shaq were all very good! They do encourage modifications to the workouts if something doesn't work out for you which I really appreciated.
