Sorry, I love Starbucks but african american lady employee in Town Center Target Store needs exhaustive sensitivity training. Definitively doesn't know nor does she apparently likes dealing with Latinos and besided that was very rude. When asked for Triple Mocha instead of Caramel Machiato she charged me for both and got upset when realizing herself as mistaken. Kind fellow employee asked her and was very rude with her as well. I didn't complaint nor did I replied to her. That seemed to bother more. Returned my $5.06 very aggresive and repulsive tone. To much stress, too much people to be attending and very little patience combined with bad manners. Her shift companion light complected girl with short hair was embarrassed for black girl' response. She made it seem like me, as customer was a moronic idiot who did not know what had purchased. 👍👍👍Three fingers up for short hair girl...

Horrible service. I accidentally dropped a coffee as soon as I received my drink. The employees saw me struggling to find napkins/paper towels to clean the mess up and did not offer to help me with the situation. When I asked one of the employees to have some paper towels, they gave me attitude and gave me a very little paper towels. There was little to no sympathy shown which is upsetting since Starbucks is known to have compassionate and friendly employees. After spilling the drink, I went back up to the counter to order and purchase the drink again and the employees were basically ignoring me and not wanting to remake the drink. Very highly trafficked Starbucks in a Target. Who would have guessed?

Staff always seem to make you wait just a little bit, even if there is nothing going on. I've stood for minutes while the baristas are simply talking. I'm not complaining, I know how it is.

They always seem to be out of something. One day expresso, the next oat milk, etc.

The seating area is never cleaned. Once again, I don't care, but I'm just being honest.

They don't take Starbucks gift cards, but you can still earn points.
