On Thursday March 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. I brought my cellphone to them to get it unlocked, they charge my credit card $48.38 and told me I should come back in 1 hour. At 1:20 I returned it wasn't ready they said they hadn't received the code to service it. I left and returned at 2:30 p.m. it still wasn't ready. I couldn't continue to wait I told them I would returned the following day. I left my phone number and name to be contacted when they had it ready for pickup. I never got a call from them so that Friday at about 11:30 a.m. I call to check up on the status the person that responded said that my cellphone had been picked up by an old man that said he was my father. I told them that's impossible you must be mistaken! I didn't send anyone to pick it up and my dad has been dead for 10 years. He responded rudely saying lady come down to the store, bc he had to check the camaras. When I got there he said, I had not giving him time to go through the survailiance video recordings. In my mind I was like is this really happenings to me! why the heck did he tell me to come to the store. At this point I was speaking to the owner at least thats how he presented himself. I waited there for about 30 minutes he tells me to leave my name and number again, I did he said he would call me immediately as soon as he got to the bottom of what when on. I never got a call from him on the outcome, so here iam again in the same spot calling for the update. This man change the story saying that it was a lady that took my cellphone that he could send me a snapshot of the recording. I refused I'm not a cop or an investigator they should be the ones placing a police report. I asked what would be the next step. He responded saying he would have to order the same cellphone to replace its value or that I should upgrade it for an extra $60.00. I have never been so humiliated, disrespected so sad in my life. I've been robbed! I tell him I can't go on the weekend bc I work but, I would go on Monday. He said he'd be there at 3:00 p.m. I'm seeking forward to a resolution not any problems just want my cellphone. Today March the 16 2020. I went to his establishment as agree 3:00p.m. Here I am desceptioned sad. I must say he failed me again to treat me in a fair manner. He could have avoided mistreating me by handling my grievances promptly in my satisfaction. The store owner/employee assured me that this was due to the screen being burnt out. He promised to fix this and charged me almost $200 for it. He assured me a new screen is needed and stated he was gonna replace it with an apple product screen. Once he replaced it he said âoh btw your Face ID doesnât work anymoreâ. He never told me initially about the possibility of this to happen. Iâm sure this isnât his first time trying to fix an iPhone, and so explaining to a customer the risks and possibilities of changing a screen can also damage the Face ID. I was furious about that! He handed me my phone back and assured me that the phone was fixed. I took my phone back and when I went back home the phone died out again, with the same issue initially. The store owner said it was the screen, he changes it and the phone is still messed up. So itâs either he lied to me about the screen or he doesnât know what heâs doing and assumed. Either way I went back to the store to try to get my money back. As soon as I told him itâs not fixed and I would like my money back, he changed completely and started yelling at me that âthis is not how it worksâ. Iâm a customer and this man is yelling at me because he couldnât provide me the service he promised me and now Iâm asking for my money back cause he couldnât deliver his end of the service. The man is completely unprofessional. Then he says that he canât give my money because his screen is on my phone. So I said Iâll give u back your screen but I would like my old one back. He replied âI threw it awayâ. So now you expect me to give u back the phone screen and for me to walk around with my phone screen less? He answered back like he didnât care. All in all, he didnât provide the service I paid for, I politely asked for my money back, he got angry, and I ended up going to apple. When I went to apple they said they couldnât do anything cause the screen he put wasnât an Apple product and that itâs been tampered with! So this guy is all lies.

I had finaced a Euybike K6 Pro Electric Bike from, them on November 1st 2024, and found out the salesman lied as it does not have 2000 watts of power, only 1000 watts 1500 watts peak power; nor does it go 40-60 mph. I even looked online and made adjustments in the bikes speed limit and current settings, trying to get the lied about speed out of it; and the most it will do is 33 mph, depending on weight and flat ground. By default it will only do 28 mph. They also will not give you the manuals, tools, or pump, and other accessories; that the ebike comes with. This is not my first Ebike. I contacted easypayleasing which is the crooked way overcharging finance company they use. And the leasing company told me to return it to the shop. I tried Saturday November 9th, to return the bike back to iwireless. The same salesman, that talked me into the bike refused to take it back, but tried to talk me into paying more for another bike; and sticking with the financing. I told him I just want to return the bike and be done with it, to which he said they don't do returns on financed items. And showed me the store policy which I put a photo of below. And that on the receipts from them it says all sells are final. No refunds. Which again I have a picture of below. Mind you he never mentioned any of this when I was getting the bike nor showed or told me of their store policy, nor is this store policy anywhere within eyesight. I'm well within the 30 day return period of the leasing agreement, and iwireless isn't wanting to do the right thing. So I'm now trying to get things resolved with the financing company.
