The Ventura downs needs a NEW RENOVATION URGENTLY... or simply demolish! Nothing worth walking there... unless uou have some appointments in those offices. There is a GNC, a LITTLE CESAR'S PIZZA, SUBWAY, A OLD KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN, a BURGER KING, a old BANK OF AMERICA, A PAWN SHOP, A BARBER, A MAIL OFFICE STORE, a property management SUNDANCE office and a Health recovery office and the 2 years old LA FITNESS. It is not a big deal, unless you have some business or appointment to...

The experience was Ok. The wait was longer than I expected mainly because there was only 1 employee in the entire store. He was doing his best but seemed a bit lackluster. After I assured him my package was there (after he told me to come back at 1pm) he found it -_-... That was annoying because what if I had just listened to him? He didn't even check 1st. Smh...The atmosphere was blah but I guess that's just how it is. I would opt for the FedEx store at the loop... it...

Need to clean up as homeless camp encroaching this shopping center. Homeless doormen at Dollar Tree daily. Homeless group men live behind donation location in front of Bank America, sleep, eat, change clothes, dumpster dive donations bin. Their food table and stack of blankets piled five high is openly visible. I no longer drop off donations and shop at Dollar Tree and will shop here.
