I was very upset for a lot of reasons after I made an online order! Over two weeks had gone by and I hadn’t received any shipping information. I tried reaching out by email (they seem to have many different ones listed as each social media page has a different one), as well as IG/ FB. They stopped replying on IG (I originally inquired about the items I wanted before purchasing them), so I had to message them on my other IG to get a response & they gave me an email. I also ended up calling and leaving a voice mail too. Thankfully after many days of trying to get ahold of them I get a response from the manager. She said she’d get my order out & throw in something extra.

I got my order today and was SO surprised at the extra item they threw in !!!! Like blown away they would send me it. Thank you so much!!

If I wasn’t so stressed out about getting a response about my order & trying for a week to get ahold of someone this would have been a 5 star review. As an international customer, contacting through email or social media is highly preferred over calling. Also, the different emails on your socials is confusing and should be updated to one, as well as regularly checked.

Horrible. I messaged asking about a specific product they advertised on FB. Store replied verifying the product. I immediately purchased. I emailed again wanting to verify the specificity of the product I wanted. No response received. I then waited a long time to receive shipping information and nothing came. I called the store supplying my purchase confirmation number. Whoever answered (less than cordially) stated my product had just shipped and that there was a “mistake” with the carrier causing the delay. I don’t know which part or parts of my interactions with this store were me being fed lies, but nothing shipped and I was immediately refunded for my purchase without any information or apology. I have tried calling for information and not heard back. Their sketchy posting tactics, clear ease of lying, and rude customer service should make future buyers very cautious. Just the sheer lack of both integrity and competency… truly does make one reconsider big box stores and their stronger capabilities and...

This place was absolutely amazing in every way! When I walked in, I had this feeling that it was going to be a great store! The employees were so nice!! They greeted me into the store and welcomed me. Market street gallery was so creative and fun! It was super organized and clean. I loved the atmosphere of this store.The prices were super reasonable and had a extensive collection of items! The workers were super nice! They also had loungeflys, funkos, and a HUGE section of Christmas Ornaments, Christmas trees, and So of the best stocking stuffer gifts I have ever seen. I am a huge fan of Harry Potter and Disney. They had Such a Variety to choose from. This is a absolute must go store if you live near celebration or are visiting! They have a huge Selection of 1 of a kind items to choose from!
